Senior Manager, Demand Generation

Building Healthcare That Remembers Every time you call a doctor's office, the system forgets you the moment you hang up. You wait on hold, explain everything from scratch, get bounced between lines, and hope someone follows up. Everyone has felt this. No one should have to. At Assort Health, we're building one continuous conversation for every patient. An AI agent that knows who you are, remembers how you like to be reached, and carries that context from your first symptom to your full recovery. What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment has become the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 285 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, 1.6 million decision pathways. We went from 15 people in 2025 and will cross 250 by the end of 2026. Revenue is up 20x in 15 months and we've raised $222 million, including a recent $120 million Series C https://www.assorthealth.com/blog/assort-health-raises-120-million-series-c-to-scale-largest-deployment-of-ai-agents-for-the-patient-journey at a $1.2 billion valuation. We've also been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 and the 2026 Enterprise Tech 30 as the only healthcare AI company on the list! Healthcare spends $1.1 trillion a year on administration instead of care. If you want to help change that, apply below. ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented Senior Manager, Demand Generation to help build and run Assort's demand engine. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role: you'll execute and optimize multi-channel programs, bring data-driven rigor to everything you touch, and partner closely with Marketing leadership to translate Assort's mission and product differentiation into pipeline. You'll reach healthcare leaders who are actively searching for a better way to serve patients. You'll work closely with ABM, Sales, and Marketing leadership to run multi-channel demand programs that engage key decision-makers, nurture demand, and convert interest into qualified opportunities. This is a builder role for a data-driven marketer who thrives in high-growth, ambiguous environments, brings both creativity and analytical rigor to their work, and is motivated by delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. Location: San Francisco WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Drive pipeline targets: You'll be accountable for driving qualified pipeline and revenue through scalable, measurable demand programs across enterprise and mid-market health systems and provider groups. - Support account-based campaigns: Partner with the ABM Manager to execute targeted account-based programs — bringing paid media, email marketing, sponsored content, paid social, and web into the mix for key target accounts. - Execute paid and organic growth with clear ROI: Run paid search, paid social (especially LinkedIn), SEO/GEO, content syndication, and industry partnerships. Work closely with external agencies to continuously test, learn, and optimize for pipeline quality — not vanity metrics. - Build nurture and conversion paths: Run email marketing and lead nurturing programs that educate buyers, build trust, and move prospects efficiently from interest to opportunity. - Bring measurement and rigor: Track success metrics, dashboards, and reporting that clearly connect programs to pipeline and revenue. Analyze funnel performance, run experiments, and use data to guide prioritization and iteration. - Deep sales collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Sales and SDR leadership on targeting, messaging, lead handoff, scoring, and feedback loops. Pipeline is a shared responsibility, and you'll help make that collaboration seamless. - Shape messaging with the team: Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Brand to build assets that clearly communicate Assort's value and resonate with key decision-makers and drive engagement across the buyer's journey. - Contribute to scale: As demand grows, help identify what's working, what should be systematized, and where there's opportunity to expand program reach. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - 4-6+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS environments (healthcare technology experience is a big plus) - Hands-on experience executing and running campaigns day-to-day - Experience growing a database organically via multiple channels - A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue by generating qualified leads for SDRs through highly targeted campaigns - Experience supporting effective sales enablement processes to maximize the reach and impact of demand generation campaigns - Collaborating cross-functionally alongside ABM, Product Marketing, and Sales rather than owning any one lane end-to-end - Strong Sales partnership experience, including lead management and scoring, enablement, and feedback loops - Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads and paid media platforms - Experience with Account-based marketing platforms like 6Sense, DemandBase, Vector.co http://Vector.co or similar - A strong analytical mindset — you're comfortable making decisions with data and running experiments - A strong drive, work ethic, and results-driven operating style - A high personal standard of excellence and a focus on doing things the right way - A self-starting mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, excited to own outcomes, and motivated by impact BENEFITS & PERKS FOR ASSORTIES - 💸 Competitive Compensation – Including salary and employee stock options so you share in our success. - 📚 Lifelong Learning – Annual budget for professional development, plus training opportunities to help you grow. - 💻 Office Setup Stipend – We’ll outfit your in-office workspace so comfy as it's productive. - 🩺 Top-Tier Health Coverage – Medical, dental, and vision insurance, because your health comes first. - 🏖 Flexible PTO – We trust you to take the time you need to recharge and come back ready to crush it. - 🥗 Meals & Snacks – Lunch, dinner, and snack breaks that fuel great ideas. - 💪 Fitness Stipend – Your wellness matters. We reimburse monthly membership costs to support your health. - 🚆 Commuter Benefits – We cover eligible transportation costs to make your trip to work easier. - 👵 401(k) – Build your retirement savings.
