Product Marketing Manager | Milan

Lexroom http://lexroom.ai/ is building the AI platform where legal work gets done. In just over two years, we've grown from zero to €25M ARR, and today more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria rely on Lexroom http://lexroom.ai/. We're backed by $73M from Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, and Eurazeo, and we're a team of around 300 builders who move fast, say things straight, and own each outcome. Our next goal? Become Europe's most-used legal product.   WHY LEXROOM.AI http://Lexroom.ai? - Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe. - Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition. - Deliver Meaningful Results: Your work will directly influence how legal professionals operate—faster, clearer, and more efficiently. At Lexroom.ai http://Lexroom.ai, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you’ll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world.   THE ROLE You'll own the go-to-market for a specific area of the Lexroom platform. Outside the product team, you'll be the person who knows it best: why it exists, who it's for (ICP and personas), how it stacks up against the alternatives, and how to make a lawyer care about it in under a minute. You'll turn what we ship into launches, campaigns and assets that Sales can use. Then you'll stay involved (in the room, in the doc, in the Slack thread) until it lands. This is a builder role in a young PMM team. The frameworks exist, and you'll help us test them, break them and make them better.   WHAT YOU'LL DO   GTM LAUNCHES & PRODUCT CAMPAIGNS - Run launches end to end for your product area using our tiering framework. That covers the kickoff with Product, the Sales and CS briefing, enablement, launch pages and a post-launch review. - Project-manage product campaigns across Comms, Growth, Events and Design. You'll own the timeline, chase dependencies, unblock people and ship on time. - Work with market leads to adapt launches for the different markets Lexroom operates in. NARRATIVE & CONTENT - Build the narrative for your product area: positioning, value proposition. - Write, and write a lot. Landing pages, release notes, emails, webinar scripts, one-pagers. You deliver strong first drafts yourself rather than briefs for someone else. - Think outside the box. Bring angles, formats and channels we haven't tried, and make the case for them. SALES & CS ENABLEMENT - Turn complex product capabilities into simple stories that Sales and CS can repeat confidently in a demo. - Build and distribute sales assets such as one-pagers, talk tracks, demo flows, objection handling and battle cards. Make sure they get used, not just filed away. - Run enablement sessions, collect feedback from the field and keep improving the assets. COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE - Research how your product area compares with competitors like Harvey, Libra, and European and local players. Look at features, pricing, positioning and gaps. - Turn that research into battle cards and positioning decisions, and keep them current. - Listen to sales calls and talk to customers, then bring that evidence back to Product.   WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS - You've shipped your first full launch, and Sales is using the assets you built. - You own the narrative for your product area, and the team repeats it without checking the doc. - A competitive view of your area is live and trusted by Sales.   WHAT YOU BRING - 4+ years in product marketing at tech or SaaS companies, ideally B2B. Adjacent roles with clear launch ownership (GTM, product, growth) also count. - A track record of shipping launches end to end. Tell us about 2–3 you owned and what they moved. - Excellent writing in English. You can make dense, technical topics simple without dumbing them down. - Proven enablement experience with Sales and CS teams in a sales-led motion. - Real stakeholder management. You can align Product, Sales and Marketing without formal authority, and you know when to push. - A proactive, hands-on approach. You're happy doing the work yourself, from writing the copy to building the doc to sitting in on demos. - Structure. You can run several launches in parallel without dropping anything. - AI-native habits. You use AI tools every day to research, write and automate. - Comfort with ambiguity in a scale-up where processes are still being built. - Genuine passion for the craft, and curiosity about how professionals actually work.   NICE TO HAVES - Legal industry knowledge, whether from legal tech, law firms, legal publishers or in-house teams. - Experience taking a product into new European markets. - Experience setting up a competitive intelligence program from scratch. - Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot, or call-recording platforms like Modjo.   REWARDING YOUR CONTRIBUTION We value excellence and share success: - Annual Salary Range: €45,000 – €55,000 - Equity Package: Align your growth with the company’s long-term success. Benefits That Matter - Hybrid Work: Flexibility to balance remote work with in-person collaboration at our Milan HQ. - Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to ensure peace of mind. - Meal Vouchers: Daily support to make your lunch breaks easier. - Performance Bonuses: Rewards tied directly to measurable results. - Team Retreats & Off-sites: Dedicated time to connect, collaborate, and spark bold ideas.
