UX Designer (Growth)

Lexroom http://lexroom.ai/ is building the AI platform where legal work gets done. In just over two years, we've grown from zero to €25M ARR, and today more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria rely on Lexroom http://lexroom.ai/. We're backed by $73M from Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, and Eurazeo, and we're a team of around 300 builders who move fast, say things straight, and own each outcome. Our next goal? Become Europe's most-used legal product.   WHY LEXROOM.AI http://Lexroom.ai? - Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe. - Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition. - Deliver Meaningful Results: Your work will directly influence how legal professionals operate—faster, clearer, and more efficiently. At Lexroom.ai http://Lexroom.ai, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you’ll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world. THE ROLE You will own the website experience, from design in Figma to publishing in Webflow. The core of the role is UX design: understanding the user, structuring the page and building a scalable design system. You will also work on implementation and on the continuous optimization of conversion. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Design high-converting landing pages for paid traffic, focused on a specific feature or profession, for desktop and mobile. - Define the website structure and new sections (for example resources pages), improving usability and speed. - Own the design workflow in Figma end to end: scalable components with auto-layout, brand tokens and variables, usage documentation. The library must stay aligned with the live website. - Build and publish pages and components directly in the CMS (Webflow), fixing bugs, translations and redirects. - Implement custom solutions and automations with HTML, CSS and JS, and support integrations (embeds, forms, CRM). - Identify UX and conversion friction points using analytics, heatmaps and user behavior analysis, and propose tests and iterations. - Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product and sales to turn business goals into pages that work. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 1–3 years of experience in UX/web design and web development, with a portfolio that shows your track record. - Strong skills in Figma and UX design for the web: user research and framing, information architecture, wireframes, design systems, prototypes. - Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress). - Knowledge of HTML and CSS; JavaScript highly valued. - Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization best practices and tools such as Microsoft Clarity. - Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio and a CRM (HubSpot). - Native-level proficiency in one of Italian, Spanish, German or French, fluent English, and working knowledge of at least one additional language among Italian, Spanish, German and French. - Creative, proactive and iterative approach, comfortable in fast-paced environments. NICE TO HAVE - SEO fundamentals and best practices. - Interest in using AI and automation in design and development workflows (for example, connecting Figma and Webflow). - Experience in B2B, SaaS or legal/fintech contexts.
