ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Director of AI Infrastructure to lead the teams that build and run the GPU platform behind our AI Lab. You will set direction, grow the team and work closely with research, data center and product leadership. The role is based in Helsinki or London. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Lead and grow AI infrastructure engineering teams across two sites - Own the roadmap for training and inference infrastructure - Work with data center operations on capacity and hardware planning - Set engineering standards for reliability, security and cost WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 10+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering, 4+ years leading managers - Deep experience with large-scale GPU or HPC environments - Track record of hiring and developing senior engineers - Clear communicator with executive stakeholders PRACTICAL DETAILS - Contract: permanent, full time - Location: Helsinki or London, hybrid - Compensation: base salary and equity, ranges differ by location WHAT'S NEXT We're building fast and this role needs the right person behind it.
