This is a test posting for Ashby setup. It is not an open vacancy. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to run end-to-end hiring for our technical and data center teams. You will own the process from intake to offer and work closely with hiring managers across Helsinki and London. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Run intake calls with hiring managers and agree role requirements - Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Juicebox and referrals - Manage interview processes and candidate communication in Ashby - Prepare and present offers together with the hiring manager - Share hiring data and market insight with the business WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally for technical roles - Hands-on sourcing experience - Structured way of working and clear communication with stakeholders - Fluent English; Finnish is a plus PRACTICAL DETAILS - Contract: permanent, full time - Location: Helsinki office, on-site - Equity: stock options included WHAT'S NEXT We're building fast and this role needs the right person behind it.
