EDI Enrollment Specialist

You will manage the enrollment process for Claims, ERA, and Eligibility transactions, working directly with clients, payers, and clearinghouses across the full enrollment lifecycle. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Manage Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments from submission through approval - Give clients step-by-step guidance on required forms and setup - Serve as the primary contact for enrollment-related client questions - Coordinate between clients, payers, and clearinghouses to resolve issues and delays - Monitor enrollment statuses and keep documentation current across systems - Chase down pending or rejected enrollments and escalate when needed - Educate clients on payer requirements and timelines - Track evolving payer and clearinghouse requirements - Deliver proactive enrollment updates to stakeholders - Improve how we manage enrollments as we scale WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience with Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments through healthcare clearinghouses - Familiarity with Availity - Strong communication skills for turning complex payer requirements into clear client guidance - Exceptional organization across many concurrent requests - A proactive, problem-solving, ownership mentality - Comfort collaborating across clients, payers, clearinghouses, and internal teams - Meticulous attention to detail - Adaptability as requirements change - 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or EDI enrollment preferred
