Deployment Strategist

Own enterprise deployments end to end — from a signed contract to an organization of hundreds of clinicians and billers running their entire day on Ease. What you'll do - Embed on site with customers to understand their workflows and clinical operations - Lead implementation pods of clinical, RCM, and engineering specialists - Prototype workflows, write product requirements, and collaborate with engineers - Manage data migration, integrations, and billing and clinical configurations - Maintain deployment tracking and escalate risks proactively - Present status updates across all levels of the organization - Develop playbooks and templates for future deployments What we're looking for - 3–7 years in management consulting, investment banking, or deployment roles - Understanding of workflows, integrations, change management, and training - A genuine appetite for customer-facing work Bonus - Healthcare and revenue cycle knowledge - Founder or 0→1 startup experience - AI expertise - NYC-based and able to be on site five days a week
