Implementation Specialist, EHR

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You own implementations from contract signature through stabilization, and you configure the system yourself rather than just managing a plan. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own multiple concurrent EHR implementations from contract signature through go-live and stabilization - Act as the primary project lead: timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication - Configure customer environments including roles, permissions, security settings, forms, templates, workflows, and operational settings - Translate clinical, operational, and billing workflows into scalable system configurations - Lead implementation workshops across clinical, medical, operations, intake, scheduling, and revenue cycle teams - Manage data migration, system validation, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness - Train administrators, super users, and frontline staff - Partner with product and engineering to close gaps and improve how we implement - Own internal communication throughout the implementation WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years of EHR implementation experience - Experience implementing EHR, practice management, healthcare operations, or other complex workflow-driven platforms - Comfort configuring systems, not just project managing them - Experience building forms, workflows, permissions, templates, user roles, and operational settings - Experience supporting enterprise deployments with 100+ users - Comfort in a fast-paced environment with real ownership and autonomy - Ability to manage client expectations across concurrent accounts NICE TO HAVE - Behavioral health experience - Experience migrating customers off legacy EHR systems - Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, EDI, claims, eligibility, or payer workflows
