WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own complex data migrations from legacy EHRs and billing systems, end to end - Embed with providers and learn how their practices actually run - Map tangled customer problems into scoped, buildable work - Write real software that ships to production - not prototypes, not decks - Build side by side with product engineers on our most complex features - Bring the field back with you: what you learn shapes the roadmap WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - A strong engineer who wants to be in front of customers, not shielded from them - Dangerous with messy data, legacy systems, and ambiguous problems - Product instincts: you know what to build, not just how - You can hold a room with clinicians, billers, and executives - A bias toward shipping and getting things in front of users - Hunger for ownership and big scope - Willingness to work hard on problems that matter BONUS - You've migrated data off legacy EHRs or other gnarly enterprise systems - Founder or 0-to-1 startup experience - NYC-based No CS degree required.
