Enterprise Account Executive

The brands on your kitchen shelf are run by people doing extraordinary work that nobody sees. We're building the platform they run on, and a brand they'll be proud to be part of. Confido is the AI operating system that runs cash application, deductions, trade and planning in one place for CPG brands. That means Finance, Sales, and Ops finally work on the same number. We’re trusted by 250+ brands managing $30B+ in revenue, including Daisy, OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Idahoan, and more. We've achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $55M Series B led by Insight Partners to accelerate our momentum. If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you. Confido will grow more than 4x this year, while growing headcount by 2x. We’re obsessed with concentrating our best leads with world class sellers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Demonstrated sales excellence: 5+ years in B2B sales with a track record of high achievement and consistent quota attainment. - Enterprise selling experience: Experience closing $100k+ deals involving multiple stakeholders. - Technical sales experience: A track record selling technically complex products in vertical SaaS or developer tools. - Finance or accounting fluency: CFOs are our most common contract signers, and the questions we field are often finance- or accounting-related. - Hiring & team-building experience: You've helped hire and develop sellers — ideally you've hired at least 2 reps who went on to hit quota. - Startup DNA: You've thrived in an early or growth-stage environment and are energized by autonomy, ambiguity, and building the playbook as you go. - The intangibles: Coachable, humble, curious, and hungry. You actively seek feedback, ask sharp questions, and create your own opportunities. - Bonus: Experience in CPG or familiarity with how consumer brands operate.
