Staff Product Manager

The brands on your kitchen shelf are run by people doing extraordinary work that nobody sees. We're building the platform they run on, and a brand they'll be proud to be part of. Confido is the AI operating system that runs cash application, deductions, trade and planning in one place for CPG brands. That means Finance, Sales, and Ops finally work on the same number. We’re trusted by 250+ brands managing $30B+ in revenue, including Daisy, OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Idahoan, and more. We've achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $55M Series B led by Insight Partners to accelerate our momentum. If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Manager, you'll own meaningful surface area across a complex, interconnected product, from figuring out what to build to making sure it lands with customers. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and CPG experts across the company, as well as GTM teams, to scale the business, and build features that benefit brands selling billions of dollars worth of products. Until now, product has been diffused across the team. We were able to move very quickly while maintaining high context across both customers and our internal team. That said, product scope has increased quickly. We now sell an accounting automation platform, trade promotion management tool, sales forecasting tool and analytics platform; each one of these surface areas go deep and have single companies built around them. You will start supporting the breadth of the platform, taking on deeper ownership of an end-to-end business line as we scale. What You’ll Own - The success of your product area. The product direction, the quality of what ships, and the revenue and customer outcomes that drive it. - The roadmap and vision. Define a roadmap for the next sprint, quarter and year of your product area. - The go-to-market narrative. Define the value drivers and differentiation for your area relative to the competitive landscape, enable the sales team, and be ready to step in and own the narrative on customer calls. - Clarity end to end. Make sure the product is well-documented — how it works, how to demo it, how customers get onboarded — and be able to say exactly where every major customer is in onboarding and what's blocking them. - Whatever the product needs. Talk to customers every day, and pick up slack wherever it helps — taking a customer call, reproducing a reported bug, whatever moves things forward. What We’re Looking For - 8+ years of PM experience at high growth tech company or founding experience - Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of taking things from 0 to 1 - Excellent verbal and written communication - Owner mentality—drive the team to succeed - AI fluency (prototyping, agentic workflows, LLM fundamentals, etc.) 🌴 PERKS + BENEFITS - Equity — own a meaningful piece of the company you’re helping build - Fully paid health coverage through Aetna — we cover 100% of employee premiums - Top-tier dental and vision coverage through Guardian - Carrot Fertility Pro — comprehensive fertility and family-forming support - 12 weeks of paid parental leave - Unlimited PTO — plus regular 4-day holiday weekends we actually take - 401(k) through Vestwell - Paid relocation support — we’ll help you make the move to NYC - Fully equipped workspace from day one — laptop, monitor, keyboard, and a $200 stipend to personalize your setup - Team perks — catered Friday lunches, team dinners, and unlimited coffee + snacks featuring products from the brands we work with Confido provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
