Sr. Partner Relationship Manager, Agencies

What is Contentstack? Contentstack is redefining how modern digital experiences are built and managed. As the pioneer of the Agentic Experience Platform (AXP), Contentstack brings together structured content and brand governance (Content Cloud), real-time customer data, omnichannel personalization (Data Cloud) and autonomous AI orchestration (Agent OS) into one unified system. While many organizations adopted headless CMS or standalone AI tools expecting transformation, they often found themselves managing disconnected systems and manual workflows. Contentstack helps enterprises move beyond that complexity by connecting content, data and AI in a way that makes digital experiences faster to launch, easier to manage and more adaptive in real time. Leading brands including Steve Madden, LG Electronics, Subaru of America, Dolce & Gabbana, ASICS, Decathlon, and Caesars Entertainment rely on Contentstack to reduce operational friction and deliver personalized, scalable digital experiences with confidence. The company is known for its customer-first culture and commitment to the communities it serves through the Contentstack Cares program. Learn more at www.contentstack.com. Who Are We? What Are We Looking For? • We’re looking for an experienced, commercially-minded Senior Partner Manager to build and own Contentstack’s global agency partner motion. • This is a senior-level individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. You’ll shape the agency partner strategy, build strategic relationships, create new go-to-market opportunities, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. • Contentstack is an AI-forward company, and we bring practical experience using AI tools and technologies to improve how we work, learn, solve problems, and drive impact. • If you’re excited by the opportunity to build a partner motion from the ground up, shape how we compete in the market, and make a measurable commercial impact, we’d love to hear from you! Here’s what you’ll be doing: • Own the agency go-to-market strategy end to end — including target partner profile, messaging, offerings, and growth plans — across a portfolio of global agencies such as Code & Theory, Omnicom, WPP, Dentsu/Merkle, Razorfish, and Monks. • Build and grow strategic agency relationships, expanding Contentstack’s footprint across existing partners and turning opportunistic, project-by-project relationships into long-term partnerships. • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, with a focus on larger enterprise opportunities and increasing the mix of AXP-scale work. • Build the agency go-to-market messaging and offering, positioning Contentstack for marketing leaders and CMOs and helping agencies see where we can compete alongside — and against — enterprise suites like Adobe and Optimizely. • Partner with key ISVs to create a compelling better-together story and establish a mutual playbook around the Content Lifecycle demo and vision. • Represent Contentstack with agency leadership and their clients through joint activations, executive briefings, live demos, ContentCon, and other market-facing opportunities. • Help shape the broader partner organization by serving as a strategic resource on agency motions, messaging, and best practices. What Really Gets Us Excited About You? • 8-12 years of experience in partner, alliances, or channel roles within enterprise SaaS, including at least 4 years working directly with global agencies or agency holding companies. Deep agency experience is critical. • Demonstrated experience selling with global agencies, not simply alongside them, and building agency-specific go-to-market motions. You understand why agency partnerships require a different play than GSI partnerships. • Proven experience turning opportunistic, project-by-project partner relationships into strategic, agreement-backed partnerships. • A balance of partner sales, product marketing, and strategy. You can build the relationship, develop the approach with the resources available, and articulate what we need next. • The ability to present a partner go-to-market plan and pitch Contentstack live and unscripted without relying on a Sales Engineer. This will be part of the interview process. • A track record of selling to and influencing CMOs and marketing leaders, not only technical buyers. • Experience positioning against enterprise suite incumbents such as Adobe and Optimizely, with the ability to apply lessons from both wins and losses. • Comfort operating without a finished playbook. You’ve built partner programs, messaging, and enablement from the ground up. • Strong communication, executive presence, and influence skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and the executive team. • Additional experience with headless CMS, DXP, DAM, retail/commerce, content operations, or partner marketing is a plus. • You’re comfortable with occasional travel. • You value a collaborative, innovative, and fun culture! Salary for this role ranges between $145,000-165,000 based on skill set and experience What Do We Offer? Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the “challenge yourself” role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you’re doing it. Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict “no a**hole policy” and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected. Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more! One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don’t believe in artificial hierarchies. If you’re part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it’s a great time to be joining… To review our Privacy Policy, please click here.
