ABOUT THE ROLE As the Creator Growth Lead at Passionfroot, you’ll take full ownership of scaling our creator network. This isn’t about managing one-to-one partnerships or just community events—it’s about architecting and executing the operating rhythms, systems, and experiments needed to unlock creator growth at scale. You’ll translate ambitious company goals into actionable strategies across sourcing, acquisition, activation, and retention—building workflows and playbooks that grow our creator supply efficiently and systematically. You’ll develop sharp analytical judgment around channel performance, creator quality, supply gaps, and the tradeoffs that impact growth, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement. You’ll move fluidly between developing strategy and being hands-on: identifying bottlenecks, prototyping scrappy solutions, building repeatable processes, and then scaling what works. You’ll collaborate closely with growth, ops, and campaign teams, and over time, hire and mentor a specialized team to help take this function to the next level. This is a foundational and high-impact role that combines ownership, analytical thinking, speed, and practical execution—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving startups and wants broad responsibility in building something industry-defining. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own and lead the end-to-end creator-supply growth strategy, translating ambitious company targets into actionable acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement initiatives - Build and optimize scalable systems, workflows, and operating rhythms to drive creator acquisition and supply growth across all key channels: outbound sourcing, community, events, partnerships, and referrals - Develop and maintain data-driven processes for prioritization and measurement—using analytics to decide where to focus and how to maximize channel performance - Continuously identify bottlenecks in the creator funnel and design practical, high-velocity experiments to overcome them - Move seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution: validate ideas quickly, create lightweight workflows and prototypes, and scale effective solutions - Refine processes that onboard, activate, and retain creators—removing friction and driving performance at every step - Build a nuanced understanding of creator quality, supply needs, and channel tradeoffs to keep our pipeline healthy and aligned to company goals - Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, proactively taking ambiguous creator-growth challenges off their plate and driving solutions to completion - Establish and evolve the internal operating system for creator growth, ensuring Passionfroot can scale its supply as fast as customer demand - Over time, hire, manage, and develop a team of specialists to deepen channel expertise and further accelerate growth HOW YOU'LL DO IT - Operate with high autonomy and ownership—taking end-to-end responsibility for the creator growth function and making key decisions independently - Move quickly and pragmatically: test ideas fast, build lightweight prototypes, and iterate based on real results rather than waiting for perfect conditions - Use data, analytics, and sharp commercial judgment to prioritize channels and opportunities, ensuring your time and resources drive maximum impact - Collaborate directly with company leadership, growth, ops, and campaign teams to solve problems and build systems that scale - Combine hands-on execution with systems thinking—balancing immediate experiments with building robust, repeatable operating rhythms - Regularly seek out and apply feedback from creators and internal stakeholders to inform and refine your approach - Embrace scrappiness and creative problem-solving, leveraging automation and process improvements to unlock growth without adding unnecessary complexity WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years' experience, with a background in consulting, VC, growth, or startup operations, with a track record of results in unstructured, high-ownership roles - A systems-minded operator who's sharp with data and comfortable building from scratch - Analytical and systems-minded: skilled at breaking down ambiguity, building scalable processes, and using data to drive action - Makes smart commercial and growth decisions—you know how to separate signal from noise and focus on the levers that matter most - Scrappy and hands-on: you’re comfortable spinning up quick experiments, automating workflows, iterating, and learning as you go - Confident operating across functions (growth, operations, partnerships, or product) and moving between strategy and practical execution - Strong communicator, relationship builder, and team collaborator—comfortable engaging externally with creators and internally across teams - You value inclusivity and community, and are excited to help shape a diverse creator network - Passionate about the creator economy with strong sense of tase (you know what a great creator looks like) - Ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership role, including hiring and mentoring future team members SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE - A steady pipeline of high-quality, vetted creators who are a strong fit for B2B tech brands - New creator sourcing is systematized, scalable, and hitting monthly targets - Onboarding is fast and smooth, with creators reaching their first paid partnership quickly - Sourcing and onboarding playbooks are documented and ready to scale with a team - Product and campaign teams have a reliable, high-quality creator pool to work from WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive salary - Flexible hybrid setup (New York) - Regular team offsites (our past ones include South of France, Barcelona, Mallorca etc.) - Latest Apple hardware - A rare chance to shape the creator and growth category from the inside - helping thousands of creators build real businesses doing what they love [https://recruitee-main.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/uploads/e4n5o7votgkr2hys948uart9bv6g1t/MixCollage-30-Jun-2026-03-28-PM-9168.jpg] WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Creator supply is the foundation of Passionfroot's platform.
