Revenue Operations Manager

Who we are: Sardine is the leading agentic risk platform for fighting financial crime. Our integrated solution unifies data across risk teams to help organizations stop fraud in real time, prevent AI-driven attacks, and automate fraud and AML operations. Sardine’s platform is strengthened by one of the fastest-growing fraud consortiums in the market, spanning more than 6 billion profiled devices, 800 million consumers, and 3 million businesses worldwide. Leading companies including FIS, GoDaddy, Intuit, Edward Jones, ZoomInfo, and Checkout.com rely on Sardine to secure and grow trust in their products. Our culture: - We hire talented, self-motivated individuals with extreme ownership and high growth orientation. - We value performance and not hours worked. We believe you shouldn't have to miss your family dinner, your kid's school play, friends get-together, or doctor's appointments for the sake of adhering to an arbitrary work schedule. - We're a remote-first team spread across time zones, so no office to report to - work from wherever helps you do your best work. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: pay is based on where you're located, and you'll need to keep a home base in the country you're hired in. So while we love the "coffee shop today, mountains tomorrow" life, this isn't a passport-optional, work-from-anywhere-on-Earth kind of remote - think flexible within your country, not borderless. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help us scale our GTM operations. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a modern analytics professional who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. You will provide deep analytical insights, utilizing AI automation and discovery. You will also develop process and system automation via ai-assisted development. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering—your mission is to build a lean, data-driven, and highly automated go-to-market machine that removes friction and scales our growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Next-Gen Tech Evaluation: Ensure our tech stack is built to scale in an ai-first world. You will own the evaluation of our GTM technology. - Analytics: You will design, build, and maintain the analytics infrastructure that tracks performance across the GTM ecosystem - Strategic Insights: You will provide key insights and recommendations on strategic decisions - Vibe Coding & Automation: Act as our internal GTM Engineer. Instead of waiting for traditional engineering resources, you will leverage AI development tools to rapidly build, iterate, and deploy custom tools, integrations, and automation workflows. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy data-backed solutions. - Project Execution: Deploy and execute against projects and strategic initiatives - Workflow Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks across the lead-to-cash lifecycle and engineer automated solutions to reduce "human-in-the-loop" friction and increase team velocity. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - The "Vibe Coding" Edge: You must have a proven track record of using modern AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Engineer, v0, etc.) to build functional tools, scripts, or workflows. - Data & Analytics Rigor: Strong background in data analytics with a passion for clean data architectures, funnel metrics, and actionable reporting. - CRM & Tooling Curiosity: Experience managing traditional tech stacks, but a willingness to deploy new technologies. - Bias for Action: You are a self-starter who prefers building a prototype over writing a lengthy requirements document. You can navigate ambiguous, cross-functional problems and deliver solutions independently. WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 5+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems, or with a heavy emphasis on analytics and workflow automation. - AI Experience: Experience in vibe coding scalable solutions. - Engineering Mindset: A proven track record of building complex business logic and treating internal operations as a scalable product. - Integration Expertise: Advanced experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Clay, Workato, or Tray.io http://Tray.io) to sync data across the revenue stack. - CRM/Tech Stack Mastery: Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and a variety of GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Unify, Clay, n8n). - Logic & Schema Design: Strong ability to design relational data models and map complex business processes into clean, automated system logic. - Problem Solving: A builder mentality—you enjoy taking messy, manual processes and turning them into scalable, streamlined, automated workflows. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to translate non-technical requirements from our GTM team into technical specifications and vice versa. Nice to haves - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and advanced automation. - Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, specifically within Fintech or complex B2B platforms. - Certification in Salesforce Development or specialized GTM automation platforms. Benefits we offer: - Generous compensation in cash and equity - Early exercise for all options, including pre-vested - Work from anywhere: Remote-first Culture - Flexible paid time off and Year-end break - Health insurance, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents - US and Canada specific - 4% matching in 401k / RRSP - US and Canada specific - MacBook Pro delivered to your door - One-time stipend to set up a home office — desk, chair, screen, etc. - Monthly meal stipend - Monthly social meet-up stipend - Annual health and wellness stipend - Annual Learning stipend Join a fast-growing company with world-class professionals from around the world.
