Join Pigment: The AI Platform Redefining Business Planning   Pigment is the AI-powered business planning and performance management platform built for agility and scale. We connect people, data, and processes in one intuitive, feature-rich solution, empowering every team - from Finance to HR - to build, adapt, and align strategic plans in real time.   Founded in 2019, Pigment is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally. Industry leaders like Unilever, Uber, Anthropic, Snowflake or Siemens, use Pigment daily to make more informed decisions and confidently navigate any scenario.   With a team of 700+ across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco and Austin, we've raised nearly $400M from top-tier investors and were named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software.   At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas, and challenge the status quo - all while working as one team. If you're driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you. What you'll do As Pigment continues its rapid global expansion, establishing a dedicated presence in the DACH region is one of our highest strategic priorities. In this context of hyper-growth, you will take over the management of an existing team of 5 reps (4 BDRs and 1 SDR) currently based between London and Paris, while building and scaling our local BDR footprint on the ground in Frankfurt. Working hand-in-hand with our DACH Sales Managers, you will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market execution and generating qualified pipeline across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. • Lead and scale the team: Manage the existing BDRs across London and Paris while leading the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires in Frankfurt. • Align with Sales Managers: Partner closely with DACH Sales Leadership to design prospecting plays (messaging, sequencing, account targeting) and guarantee seamless pipeline handoffs. • Build daily operating rhythms: Set a high performance bar, establish strong routines across distributed locations, and foster team cohesion. • Own performance end-to-end: Drive daily, weekly, and quarterly metrics, elevate activity quality, deliver structured coaching, and manage performance issues directly. • Drive change adoption: Navigate shifting priorities and process updates in a fast-scaling environment, keeping reps aligned and focused. • Iterate and improve: Act as a coachable leader who tests new approaches, implements feedback quickly, and constantly raises the standard. • Monitor pipeline health: Track key metrics, surface bottlenecks early, and execute proactive corrective solutions. Who you are • 1+ years of experience directly managing a BDR/SDR team in a fast-growing tech/SaaS environment, with proven experience overseeing remote or multi-site reps. • Bilingual proficiency: Native/Fluent in German and fluent in English. • Track record of success: Former quota-exceeding BDR; experience as an Account Executive (AE) or managing full sales cycles is a strong plus. • Strong people leadership: Ability to inspire distributed teams, coach effectively, and navigate difficult conversations with clarity and empathy. • Highly metrics-driven: Focused on keeping the team accountable to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets. • Agile & change-resilient: Comfortable driving adoption through evolving processes and fast-changing priorities. • Tech-savvy: Experienced with Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong) to drive productivity and pipeline visibility. What we offer • Competitive compensation package. • Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment's growth. • We encourage you to take the time you need. When you work hard, we know you also need to rest, which is why we offer generous time off and parental leave policies. • Along with one company offsite every year, we have modern offices at the heart of major cities including New York, Paris, London, Toronto, and our growing hub in Frankfurt. • High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditions.
