Growth Marketing Director

OUR COMPANY Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes.  Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch. Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.  We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 200+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale. THE ROLE Arch is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale our growth marketing engine during a period of rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Arch’s demand generation programs across segments, personas, and channels. This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of marketing strategy, revenue growth, and customer engagement. You will build the programs, processes, and measurement frameworks that drive acquisition, expansion, and retention across Arch’s customer lifecycle — from generating awareness and demand to nurturing prospects, accelerating pipeline, and supporting customer growth. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing Operations to develop coordinated go-to-market programs that reach the right audiences, activate the right channels, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who has experience creating demand engines from the ground up. You are equally comfortable developing growth strategy, launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and building scalable systems that connect marketing activity to revenue impact. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: - Own and execute Arch’s demand orchestration strategy across customer segments, personas, channels, and lifecycle stages - Build and scale structured acquisition, expansion, and retention programs that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement - Develop multi-channel growth programs across inbound, outbound, lifecycle, partner, and referral channels - Partner with Product Marketing to align demand programs with product positioning, launches, and key market moments - Build lifecycle marketing programs, including nurture tracks, segmentation strategies, and customer journeys that support acquisition, retention, and expansion - Partner with Sales to align marketing campaigns with outbound motions, develop territory-level micro campaigns, and create coordinated go-to-market strategies for high-priority accounts - Work closely with the Partnerships team to activate Arch’s partner network as a scalable demand generation channel - Develop referral and network-based growth programs that leverage Arch’s existing customer and partner ecosystem - Partner with Marketing Operations to build and optimize the marketing technology stack, attribution model, and reporting infrastructure that connects programs to revenue outcomes - Build scalable playbooks, processes, and operating rhythms that enable Arch’s growth marketing function to scale REACH OUT TO US IF YOU HAVE: - 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or a related GTM marketing function - Deep experience building and scaling B2B demand generation programs, ideally within SaaS, fintech, financial services, or wealth technology - A track record of owning growth marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels, segments, and customer lifecycle stages - Experience building 0→1 marketing programs, processes, and infrastructure in a fast-growing company environment - Demonstrated ability to connect marketing programs to measurable business outcomes, including pipeline creation, revenue impact, and customer expansion - Strong analytical skills and experience building attribution models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness - Experience partnering closely with Sales teams to drive pipeline generation and create aligned go-to-market motions - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders - A highly organized, detail-oriented approach with strong ownership and follow-through - Comfort operating in ambiguity and building scalable systems where processes do not yet exist - Experience working with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: - Experience in fintech, wealthtech, financial services, or alternative investments - Experience building growth programs for enterprise or high-value B2B customers - Experience activating referral, partner, or community-driven growth channels - Experience scaling marketing programs through a period of rapid company growth A NOTE ABOUT US: Most of our full-time roles are based onsite at our New York City office, where our team thrives on in-person collaboration and dynamic teamwork.
