People Insights & Total Rewards Manager

About Omnidian Omnidian, Inc. is a fast-growing Series C tech-enabled service company revolutionizing performance assurance for the distributed solar and energy storage industries.  Omnidian is building a more sustainable future for the planet through our passionate teams, our innovative technology, and by creating an amazing customer experience. We are a certified B Corp, headquartered in Seattle, WA The Job Omnidian is looking for a People Insights & Total Rewards Manager with experience leading and implementing global total rewards strategies and a passion for turning employee data into actionable insights that drive better business decisions. You'll bring together data from across our people systems, build reporting leaders can trust, and turn what you find into clear recommendations that shape how we hire, develop, reward, and retain our people. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll partner with the People Team, Finance, Legal and leaders across the business and geographies. This is a highly visible seat based in Seattle, WA (hybrid), with real room to grow the role — your analysis will shape real decisions about how a growing, global company rewards and invests in its people. What You'll Do At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing: • Build reliable reporting across engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational health. • Connect data from Lattice, Rippling, and recruiting systems to identify trends and show leaders what’s working. • Lead total rewards analysis, including equity and cap table forecasting, compensation benchmarking, and the relationship between rewards and engagement. • Partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, and L&D to turn findings into workforce plans, hiring priorities, and program improvements. • Use AI tools to work efficiently while validating results and maintaining data quality. • Help teams get more value from Rippling, Lattice, Carta, and Pave as a skilled user and analytics partner. • Proactively surface emerging risks and opportunities, from narrowing talent pipelines to reward programs that may need adjustment Who You Are • You use AI tools daily and know when to trust them and when to double-check them. • Handed a messy dataset split across systems that don’t talk to each other, you get curious, not annoyed. • You care how comp, engagement, recruiting, and workforce data connect to business performance — not just how to pull the numbers. Experience You’ll Need • 5–9+ years in people analytics, total rewards, or a related HR discipline. • Hands-on equity administration experience (Carta or similar) and cap table modeling. • Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and methodology (Pave, Radford, Mercer, or comparable). • Comfort working across HR systems (an HRIS, an engagement/performance platform, an ATS) as a power user, without needing formal administrator ownership. • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Excellent written English and the judgment to work autonomously across time zones. Experience That’s a Plus • Direct experience with Rippling, Lattice, and/or Lever. • Experience partnering with Recruiting or L&D on analytics that shaped their programs. • Comfort with SQL or basic scripting. • Experience supporting a multi-country workforce, including EOR arrangements. Work-Life & Culture • We provide outstanding benefits including family medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) administration and $1k match per year and thoughtful paid time off • We offer 12 weeks of paid parental leave to all FTE employees (birthing and non-birthing) after 1 year, and four-week paid sabbatical leave after four years • We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes monthly health insurance premiums, bonuses and long-term stock options for every employee • We love to lift each other up through company-wide slack channels such as #puppiesandpets, #omnidian-wellness, #praiseandbooms and #sustainablefuture • We have affinity groups to help employees feel seen and supported, such as Rainbow Array, Black Lights Matter, Neurospicy R Us, Puente and more. • We are a passionate, mission driven team that believes in collaboration, mutual respect and trust.
