Builder - Head of Product Marketing

ABOUT US: At Reevo, we're reimagining the entire revenue stack from the ground up, and we're doing it with speed. We're building software that orchestrates every go-to-market motion, enabling B2B teams to operate faster, smarter, and more collaboratively. By combining automation, intelligence, and a radically intuitive interface, we're helping companies unlock new levels of productivity and growth across marketing, sales, ops, and customer success teams.   If you're excited about working on a product that reshapes how revenue teams work and being surrounded by curious, driven teammates, you'll feel right at home here. From day one, you'll get real ownership, real mentorship, and real impact. Our team of 50+ builders has 30 exits under their belt, so you'll be in good company, and working alongside the best! THE OPPORTUNITY: We're hiring a Head of Product Marketing to build and lead the PMM function at Reevo. This is a high-ownership, high-influence role for a senior operator who can move fluidly between strategy and execution: setting the direction one moment and writing the messaging the next. You will own both sides of the PMM charter—inbound and outbound—translating product capabilities into buyer value and market signals into product direction. This role offers rare scope: the chance to build a category-defining function from the ground up, at a company shaping the future of AI sales. Because of the close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, this role is required to be in-office (Santa Clara or San Francisco) 5 days a week. WHAT YOU’LL OWN: - Narrative and positioning development: Own Reevo's market narrative end to end: from category definition to the words on every customer-facing surface. You'll set the strategic positioning framework that the entire company builds on, ensuring every product, motion, and audience tells a coherent, differentiated story. - End-to-end product marketing strategy: Lead GTM strategy across all products and motions, from ideation through adoption. You won't manage individual launches; you'll define the launch philosophy, establish the rhythm of market moments, and hold the bar for what it means to bring a product to market at Reevo. - Product influence and customer intelligence: Be a principal voice in product strategy by building a systematic intelligence engine: buyer research, win/loss analysis, competitive monitoring, and churn signals. You'll translate market reality into roadmap input and ensure Product is never building in the dark. - Revenue and sales enablement: Partner with Sales leadership to define what great enablement looks like at Reevo, then build it. You'll set the strategy for pitches, demo narratives, battlecards, and training programs that increase win rates and compress deal cycles across every motion. - Growth and web strategy: Own the product narrative across the website and key growth surfaces, with accountability for how effectively they convert. You'll raise the bar for clarity, consistency, and conversion from first touch to closed deal. - Scalable systems and team: Build repeatable playbooks, processes, and a team that won't break as Reevo grows. You'll hire and develop PMMs, leverage AI tools including Reevo to amplify output, and set the standard for how a modern PMM organization operates. WHO YOU ARE: - Highly curious: You are fascinated by the sales function and how it works; this curiosity drives you to uncover problems others miss and build solutions before anyone asks. - Obsessed with clarity: You have a proven track record of distilling noisy markets into simple, undeniable value propositions. - High bar for craft: You care about the details: the words on the page, the flow of a deck, and the aesthetic of a launch. - Operationally rigorous: You build systems, not just one-offs. You align Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure everyone is moving toward the same goal. - Player/coach mentality: You lead by doing. You're equally comfortable setting strategy and writing the first draft, and you raise the quality of everyone around you without creating bottlenecks. WHAT YOU BRING: - 10+ years in Product Marketing in high-growth AI or modern B2B SaaS environments, with a track record of building and scaling the function from an early stage, preferably in Sales or Revenue technology companies - Demonstrated experience owning both inbound and outbound PMM: from market research and competitive intelligence through product launches and sales enablement - Experience hiring, developing, and managing PMMs, with a player/coach operating style - Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge thinking, elevate quality and provide clear strategic direction - Strong understanding of B2B customer buying processes, sales processes, revenue expansion and the ability to diagnose and optimize a revenue funnel - High agency, low ego, and a bias for action. You thrive in ambiguous, cross-functional environments and push work forward without waiting for perfect clarity - A high bar for messaging precision, product storytelling, and visual presentation where details matter. - Comfort with data to make decisions, measure impact, iterate quickly, and anchor outcomes. - Comfortable and familiar building and automating processes with Notion and AI tools - Exceptional writing skills with demonstrated ability to adapt tone, style, and complexity across audiences WHAT WE OFFER: - Compensation: A highly competitive base salary and bonus structure, and early-stage equity that aligns your success directly with the company's growth. - Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off (PTO), plus additional benefits that support how you work. - Growth and development: Career advancement paths, dedicated mentorship opportunities, and a strong commitment to investing in your continuous professional development and skill enhancement. - Dynamic culture: Join a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced work environment where your direct contributions have a tangible and immediate impact on the product, the sales strategy, and the overall company trajectory.
