Lead Product Manager

WHO ARE WE? At UpGuard, we are replacing manual security bottlenecks with AI-driven precision. Fresh off a US$75M Series C, we are scaling our infrastructure to process 100 billion risk signals daily. This isn’t just growth; it’s a total reimagining of how the world manages cyber risk.   We build the Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) platform that security teams actually love. By integrating security ratings, threat intel, and agentic AI, we empower organisations to stay ahead of an ever evolving attack surface.   We aren’t just building another tool; we’re defining a category. We provide the autonomy to ship world-class technology and the resources to do it at a global scale. Where does this role fit in? As Lead Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy, the long-range plan and the investment case for a portfolio of product areas spanning multiple squads, and manage an autonomous and high-performing team of Senior Product Managers who are responsible for individual squad roadmaps. You’ll also have the opportunity to stay ‘on the tools’, with responsibility for your own squad of engineers and designers. This is a new role for UpGuard, and represents our high velocity growth. We have always operated as a tight-knit team in a high-autonomy environment. Now we want to ensure that we have leadership in place ahead of our next milestone. Drive commercial and customer outcomes - Connect product strategy to retention, expansion, win rate and addressable market. - Work with Sales, Marketing, Support and Customer Success on positioning, packaging, pricing input, launches and enablement across the portfolio. - Represent UpGuard's product direction with customers, prospects and analysts.
