Sales Development Representative - Dutch Speaking (Benelux-Europe)

Location: Remote in Europe Salary: Competitive base + Commission ABOUT NIVODA 🚀 Nivoda is a rapidly scaling global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace connecting jewellery retailers with competitive, high-quality suppliers worldwide. Processing $300M+ in annual transactions and operating across multiple regions, Nivoda is transforming a $350B industry that has historically been slow to modernise. Our platform gives businesses of all sizes, from independent jewellers to major retail chains access to the world's best diamond and gemstone inventory, without the traditional barriers of capital, geography, or information asymmetry. OUR MISSION 🎯 Diamond and gemstone trading has long been plagued by inefficiency, opacity, and exclusivity. Nivoda was built to change that - to democratise access and empower every business, regardless of size or location, to buy and sell with confidence. Independent jewellers are at the heart of this mission. They deserve the same access to quality, pricing, and selection as the biggest players in the industry. That's exactly what we give them. THE TEAM ⭐️ Our Sales team is the engine that brings Nivoda's mission to life. We're a high-energy, globally distributed group that moves fast, owns outcomes, and genuinely cares about the success of every jewellery business we work with. This is a team that thrives on commercial creativity, deep customer relationships, and relentless execution and we're growing fast. ABOUT THE ROLE 🤔 You are the front of the machine: you take inbound leads and hunt outbound prospects, qualify them fast, and get a demo on the AE's calendar. Your job ends when the demo is booked and confirmed — everything before that moment is yours. This is a high-velocity, transactional sales role. Think SaaS SDR playbook: tight cadences, high activity volume, sharp qualification, relentless follow-up. You will run multichannel sequences (phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn), work a CRM with discipline, and be measured weekly on activity and demos held. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 😎 - Work inbound leads within SLA (minutes, not hours) and convert them to booked demos. - Build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists; personalise at speed, not at leisure. - Qualify hard: right buyer type, purchase volume, intent, timeline. Kill bad leads quickly. - Book, confirm, and protect the demo — reduce no-shows with reminders and pre-demo touches. - Keep the CRM immaculate: every touch logged, every lead dispositioned, pipeline data trustworthy. - Feed learnings back: objections heard, messaging that lands, segments that convert. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? 💪 - 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with a transactional, high-volume motion — short cycles, big numbers, daily intensity. - A killer on the phone and crisp in writing; comfortable with 60–80+ meaningful touches a day. - Process-driven: you live in cadences and CRM hygiene rather than fighting them. - Coachable and resilient — you treat "no" as data and keep the energy up on day 20 of the month, not just day 1. - Native or professional proficiency in English, Dutch, Flemish & French is required for this role. - Jewellery knowledge not required; hunger and rigour are. OUR CULTURE AND WHAT WE OFFER 😉 At Nivoda, we believe that employees today want to evolve in a collaborative, high-growth environment where they can demonstrate their abilities and thrive both professionally and personally. We work to create a culture of empowerment, continuous learning, and growth where everyone can bring their expertise, own projects, and easily measure their impact. Dynamic working environment in a rapidly growing company. Enjoy a pleasant, low-hierarchy work environment. Engage in intellectually challenging work that contributes significantly to Nivoda's success and scalability. OUR CURRENT BENEFITS 🕰️ Flexible working hours and a vibrant company culture 💻 Remote work 🧠 Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning 🏖️ Unlimited holiday allowance 🚀 Chance to join and contribute to a company during its exponential expansion phase EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Nivoda is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to promoting diversity.
