Coordinate with Design and Production to deliver a cohesive, on-brand experience. - Work with Security and other internal partners on safety and security procedures, accessible event operations, and contingency planning. - Review attendance, engagement, customer feedback, spend, and agreed business outcomes with program owners. Share findings that improve future programs and help assess return on investment. YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU - Bring 7+ years of event experience covering planning, onsite delivery, and post-event evaluation, with a strong background in B2B conferences, customer programs, or learning and enablement events. - Enjoy shaping the guest experience and coordinating front-of-house operations and vendors for business audiences, with the discretion and care needed to support executives and customers. - Care about OpenAI’s mission and enjoy helping business audiences explore practical uses of AI through events.
