Senior Visual and Motion Designer (F/M/D)

OUR VISION When people use our technology to "bridge the gap" between the physical and digital worlds, they don’t just capture reality - they create a new one. In this new reality, they are smarter, more productive, more streamlined, and more creative - because they have the digital foundation to build the world they want to live in. That’s what NavVis offers in all our products and services: the tools to not just map the world as it is, but to pave the way to a better future. To forge something new. Physical or digital, there is only one reality. And it’s the reality NavVis empowers people to build better. THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Senior Visual and Motion Designer to shape how our brand shows up across every touchpoint. You will join our Brand & Creative team and play a key role in evolving the NavVis visual identity, translating our brand strategy into distinctive, consistent, and high-quality creative work. This is a hands-on senior design role. You will move between concept and execution, developing strong creative ideas while also making sure the details are right. From major campaigns and product launches to events, digital experiences, presentations and everyday brand assets, you will help make NavVis instantly recognizable. As NavVis continues to grow globally, you will also help us build a brand system that scales. That means creating clear design principles, templates, and tools that empower teams across the company without compromising quality. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT • Help evolve the NavVis visual identity within our brand strategy, translating messaging into compelling visual concepts and taking projects from concept through delivery. • Lead the design direction and create static and motion assets for integrated campaigns, hardware and software launches, events, and digital channels. • Develop scalable templates, guidelines, and design systems that help teams use the brand consistently. • Partner closely with Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, and other teams to align on briefs and deliver effective creative work. • Provide creative guidance and constructive feedback to stakeholders and external partners, managing freelancers and agencies when needed. • Bring fresh ideas and continuously raise the quality of our work while keeping everything recognizably NavVis. WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE • 5–8 years of professional experience in brand, graphic, or communication design, ideally in an international environment. • Experience designing for B2B technology or scientific audiences, translating complex products and ideas into clear, engaging visuals. • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity development, digital design, and hands-on motion design and animation. • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud, and PowerPoint, including presentation and template design. • Experience using generative AI in design workflows, with curiosity to explore new tools and automation opportunities. • Experience building and evolving scalable design systems, templates, and guidelines. • Strong foundations in typography, composition, color, and imagery, with attention to detail and a high standard of craft. • Confidence moving between creative concept development and detailed day-to-day production. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English, including the ability to explain creative decisions and align stakeholders. HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH Your recruiting partner for this role is Rina (she/her). You can expect to go through a screening call, and up to 3 rounds of interviews, where we would love to discover your passion and interests, introduce you to who we are and what drives us, and finally understand how we can potentially add value to each other's growth. HOW WE WILL KEEP YOU SMILING • It's important to take a break from work! We offer 30 days of paid time off per year • Affordable access to a vast network of fitness and wellness facilities through EGYM Wellpass subsidy • Deutschlandticket subsidy to support sustainable travel using public transport • We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid work setup, enabling you to plan your work around your life, and not your life around work! • An attractive bike leasing model through JobRad, in line with our commitment towards sustainable mobility • A competitive compensation package that values the skills and experience you bring • Up to 4000 EUR employee referral bonus ABOUT US NavVis is a technologically-focused, global leader in reality capture and digital factory solutions.
