Lifecycle Marketing Manager

ABOUT TRUEMED Truemed is building the payment infrastructure for better health. Our platform helps qualified consumers use HSA/FSA funds on eligible health and wellness purchases while helping merchants unlock a powerful new growth channel through compliant eligibility and substantiation workflows. By removing the complexity around eligibility, compliance, and reimbursement, Truemed allows partners to offer seamless HSA/FSA purchasing experiences directly within their checkout flows. More than a million people have used Truemed to put pre-tax dollars toward health purchases from brands like Peloton, NOBULL, Thorne, Garmin, and dozens more. On truemed.com http://truemed.com, they can discover what else their HSA or FSA covers, all in one place. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Most people meet Truemed at a merchant's checkout. They're buying a sauna, a treadmill, or a supplement, and along the way they learn their HSA or FSA can help pay for it. Lifecycle marketing is how that first purchase becomes a lasting relationship. Many of our customers are still learning what their benefits can do. Every email and text is a chance to help. We can show them what else is eligible, remind them before their funds expire, and bring them back to truemed.com http://truemed.com when they're ready for their next purchase. We have a strong foundation to build on. That includes a weekly newsletter with a large, engaged audience, a product catalog connected to Klaviyo, and real-time events from our product that show where each customer is in their journey. This role will own that program and grow it. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on role. Expect roughly 70% building and shipping and 30% strategy, testing, and reporting. You'll own email and SMS end to end. That means building the journeys, writing the copy, launching the sends, and reporting on what they drove. You'll report to the Head of Consumer Marketing and work with Product Engineering on events and data, with Partner Marketing on merchant partner sends, and with Content on editorial. We're open on level. Candidates with deeper experience owning a channel target and a roadmap will be considered for Senior. They understand their benefits better, discover eligible products they didn't know about, and know when their funds are about to expire - Journeys meet customers at each stage, from first purchase to loyal repeat buyer, and drive a growing share of lifecycle revenue - Email and SMS hit or beat their channel targets while engagement and deliverability stay healthy - Merchant partners see clear results from the sends that feature them - Testing is a habit, and the program gets measurably better every quarter WHO YOU ARE - Customer-first.
