You'll also help shape how Perk shows up in AI answer engines, partnering with our SEO team on AEO. This is a hands-on role for someone who is strong on data, curious about AI, and comfortable working across Marketing and Sales. Working across teams - Work with North America Field Marketing and SDR teams to improve lead quality and close the gap between Marketing and Sales. - Collaborate with global Paid Media, Brand and Creative teams so paid search connects to the wider customer journey. - Maintain strong relationships with platform partner reps (Google, Microsoft) to stay ahead of new features and betas. Skills and traits - Analytical mindset: you turn campaign data into clear actions and learnings and share them with the wider team. - Strategic yet hands-on: you move between high-level planning and day-to-day execution. - Test-and-learn approach: curious and iterative, and not afraid to shut down what isn't working. - Great communicator: you explain your decisions and reasoning clearly across teams. - Highly organised: you bring discipline to budget management, account hygiene and campaign structure. - Up to date: you stay ahead of platform updates, new ad features and industry trends. - Team player: collaborative and cross-functional by nature. - AI-curious: open to experimenting with AI tools and helping shape how the team works as they mature.
