Deal Desk Specialist

ANYbotics is a fast-growing tech company dedicated to shaping the future of mobile robotics across multiple industries. Join our highly talented and motivated team of more than 200 people and work on cutting-edge robot technology. The Opportunity As our Deal Desk / Commercial Sales Support professional, you will help build the commercial infrastructure that enables our global Sales organisation to operate efficiently as ANYbotics scales. You will take ownership of the operational flow around our deals, from pricing and quoting through contracting, approvals, purchase orders, order entry, invoicing and renewals. Working across Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations, you will become the central coordination point that keeps commercial activity moving accurately and efficiently. This is both an execution and process-improvement role. Today, parts of the commercial process span HubSpot, SAP and manual workflows, creating unnecessary administration for Sales and inconsistent handoffs between teams. You will help simplify and standardise these processes, remove bottlenecks and build more scalable ways of working. The impact should be very tangible: fewer delays, cleaner commercial processes and more time for our salespeople to spend with customers. The Market & Our Technology ANYbotics transforms industrial environments by bringing autonomous robotic inspection to applications where work can be difficult, repetitive or hazardous. Our ANYmal robots combine advanced mobility, sensing, autonomy and AI to inspect complex industrial facilities. Our customers include large operators across energy, process and other asset-intensive industries. This creates an interesting commercial environment. Our deals do not stop when a contract is signed. Orders have downstream implications across Finance and Operations and ultimately lead to the delivery and deployment of physical technology at customer sites. About us ANYbotics is a leading robotics company developing autonomous mobile robots for industrial inspection. Headquartered in Zurich and with a growing international presence, our team brings together expertise across robotics, software, hardware, product, operations and commercial functions. As our customer base and commercial organisation scale, we are investing in the processes and capabilities needed to support that growth.
