ABOUT AGENTIO Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes. We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels. Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow. The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner https://techcrunch.com/2025/11/18/agentio-secures-40-million-from-forerunner-as-it-scales-its-creator-marketplace-beyond-youtube/ that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025 https://www.forbes.com/sites/amyfeldman/2025/08/12/next-billion-dollar-startups-2025/. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026 https://www.inc.com/best-workplaces/2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category. An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us. THE TEAM We're building a Revenue Strategy & Operations team of builders and systems thinkers. We're obsessed with figuring out what's preventing the company from growing as fast as it could, then removing those constraints with automation and better data. The best people on the team can zoom out to understand the broader business objective, then dive into the data to find the optimal way to run a process. This seat owns the demand side of the marketplace: the pipeline, systems, and reporting behind every brand that buys creator media through Agentio. You'll sit at the center of Go-To-Market, partnering directly with leadership across Sales, Client Success, Finance, and GTM Engineering on the hardest unstructured problems we have. RevOps is small by design, so there's no layer between you and the decision, and the systems you build become how the revenue engine actually runs. We expect people to consistently uplevel themselves and the work they produce. That means real time in the weeds, in the CRM and in the data, not just designing a system and handing it off. Done well, this function makes every rep meaningfully more productive without adding headcount. This role reports directly to our Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations. THE ROLE Agentio's growth depends on onboarding the world's best brands onto our ad platform, and this seat is how that engine runs. As the first dedicated Strategy & Operations hire on the revenue team, you'll own the systems, analytics, and operational execution behind Sales and Client Success: what we measure, which accounts we go after, and how work moves through the funnel. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the forecast: the weekly pipeline inspection with Sales leadership, the conversion assumptions behind it, and the accuracy tracking that makes each quarter's call better than the last - Own the reporting layer that becomes the company's source of truth for pipeline health, conversion, and revenue performance, up to the metrics we take to the board - Diagnose where the revenue engine leaks (win rates by segment, cycle time, ramp, stage drop-off) and turn what you find into changes leadership will act on - Define how the funnel works: stage definitions and exit criteria, what counts as qualified, lead routing, and the hygiene standards that keep the pipeline honest - Translate our ICP and serviceable addressable market into books of business, territories, and target account lists Sales can act on immediately - Own and evolve the HubSpot architecture every GTM automation and report depends on, along with the rest of the stack (Gong, Clay, Unify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and what we adopt or cut - Build automation side by side with GTM Engineering that drives efficiency across the funnel, and make it stick through documentation and hands-on rollout with the team - Partner with Client Success and Finance on spend pacing, delivery, and the post-sale reporting we need to retain and grow the brands we win WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4-6 years in revenue operations, sales strategy, or business operations, ideally B2B SaaS or programmatic media sales - You've built in HubSpot or Salesforce with your own hands: custom objects, properties, workflows, integrations - Fluent in SQL, comfortable in a modern analytics stack (we use Hex), and genuinely strong in spreadsheets - AI-native builder. You use Claude Code or equivalent to build things (scripts, agents, pipelines, internal tools) rather than to draft and summarize - Hands-on with a modern GTM stack (we run HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Unify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalents - Experience or real curiosity about the creator economy, ad tech, or digital media YOU'LL DO WELL HERE IF - You own outcomes, not outputs. You've been on the hook for a number or a process working, not just for the reporting about it. - You think about the business before the system. You can explain how a company makes money and where it breaks at 3x volume. - You're relentless about detail. You reconcile your own numbers and find your own mistakes, because the whole company acts on what you publish. - You're crisp. You write clearly, get to the point, and can answer a rep's question and an exec's question without changing the substance - You move without being told. Ambiguity is the job. You find the biggest constraint and start there. - You'll do the unglamorous work. Some weeks are strategy, some weeks are cleaning four thousand records so the strategy is possible.
