Enterprise Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executive - Early US GTM Team Join a high-growth AI company transforming how global enterprises manage compliance in a multi-billion dollar market - as one of the first members of our growing US GTM team. About Haast Haast is one of the first enterprise-grade AI platforms for compliance and legal teams, already trusted by major regulated enterprises, VC-backed, and expanding fast in the US. We've transformed compliance from a painful checkbox exercise into an intelligent, automated workflow, cutting review times by 80% and boosting productivity 4x. Think Canva for design. Atlassian for projects. Haast for compliance. With a $12M Series A behind us, led by Peak XV Partners with backing from DST Global and Airtree, we're focused on what's next: global expansion. The Role: Enterprise Account Executive (US) We’re expanding rapidly into the US market and building out our GTM team. This role will join as a key early contributor helping shape and scale our US presence. This is an early-stage, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building, and wants to play a pivotal part in defining the commercial engine of a company at the forefront of enterprise AI. You’ll combine strategic enterprise sales execution with storytelling and category creation - showing US enterprises how AI can transform compliance from burden to advantage. What you’ll own - Build the US GTM motion: define outreach strategies, shape pipeline, and open key enterprise doors across regulated industries like financial services and insurance. - Drive revenue growth: lead enterprise conversations from discovery through to close. - Consult and demo: translate complex AI capabilities into business value. - Be the market voice: surface insights from US customers and influence our global product roadmap. - Collaborate cross-functionally: with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to fine-tune GTM playbooks. - Represent Haast: at industry events and across your growing network of compliance and legal leaders. What we’re looking for - Enterprise sales pedigree: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and selling to Fortune 500. You have strong experience navigating complex B2B SaaS cycles and have solid relationships within regulated enterprise organisations. - Industry fluency: You have experience selling to enterprise marketing, legal, or compliance teams. - Clear communicator: You can take complex concepts and distill them into sharp, business-relevant messaging. - Start-up mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and excited to help shape new processes in a high-growth environment. - AI-curious: You’re fascinated by the technology shift happening in front of us and want to be part of shaping it. Nice to have, but not essential - Time spent in a scale-up or startup where you’ve had to wear multiple hats and move fast. Why Haast? Growth & Impact - Impact: Join as one of the first US GTM hires and help define our presence in a $50B+ market. - Ownership: Partner with the founders to shape GTM strategy, product feedback loops, and US growth. - Trajectory: Work with top-tier enterprise customers, backed by strong traction in Australia and VC support. - Growth: Learn more in 12 months than most roles offer in three years. - Purpose: Help marketing, legal and compliance teams leap from manual, error-prone reviews to intelligent, AI-powered workflows. Benefits & Culture - Career defining role: Early US GTM team member helping shape the next phase of our growth. - Compensation & benefits: Competitive OTE ($300k+), lucrative compensation plan & meaningful equity options - Benefits: 401k, health insurance, generous PTO, US Remote/Flexible working. - Culture: Ambitious, engineering-led, and built for learning and growth. We’re building the evolution from dull, traditional SaaS to AI-powered enterprise workflows - and we’re looking for a commercial trailblazer to lead the charge. Ready to make your mark?
