Partnership Lead | Spanish Market (Madrid)

Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai is building the AI platform where legal work gets done. In just over two years, we've grown from zero to €25M ARR, and today more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria rely on Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai. We're backed by $73M from Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, and Eurazeo, and we're a team of around 300 builders who move fast, say things straight, and own each outcome. Our next goal? Become Europe's most-used legal product.   WHY LEXROOM http://Lexroom.ai? - Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe. - Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition. - Deliver Meaningful Results: Your work will directly influence how legal professionals operate—faster, clearer, and more efficiently. At Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you’ll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world.   THE ROLE Lexroom is building its partnership channel and wants it to become a material driver of revenue growth. As Partnership Lead, you will own that channel in your local market (Spain): sourcing, activating and growing relationships with consulting firms and system integrators, supporting co-sell on large enterprise accounts, and contributing to early product partnerships as our API surface develops. You will turn the partnership strategy into signed agreements and partner-sourced pipeline. This is a hands-on role with high ownership and a direct line to commercial leadership. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Partner sourcing and activation: identify, qualify and onboard consulting firms, system integrators and enterprise partners, taking them from first contact to signed agreement. - Relationship ownership: manage a portfolio of strategic partners day to day, running joint account planning and co-sell motions with Sales. - Deal execution: negotiate co-sell and revenue-share agreements within the commercial framework, working with Finance and Legal on terms. - Playbook execution: apply and refine processes for partner qualification, engagement rules and co-sell, documenting what works so it can be repeated. - Partner enablement: deliver training, certification and co-marketing materials so partners can position and sell Lexroom independently. - Tooling and attribution: keep partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline accurate in the CRM and apply the deal registration policy consistently. - Performance tracking: report on KPIs (pipeline generated, ARR sourced or influenced, partners activated) and prepare quarterly business reviews with key partners. - Cross-functional alignment: coordinate lead handoff with Sales, and share partner feedback with Product on integration and API opportunities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Partnership track record: 4+ years in business development, alliances or channel roles in B2B SaaS, including hands-on experience managing revenue-accountable relationships with system integrators, consulting firms or enterprise partners. - Standing and network: a strong professional network in your local market and the credibility to open doors at senior level with consulting firms, system integrators and large enterprises. - Deal negotiation: experience closing partner or co-sell agreements in multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales. Familiarity with MEDDICC or Challenger Sale is a plus. - Builder mindset: comfortable working in an early-stage function where processes are still being defined, and contributing to building them. - Commercial and analytical rigour: able to track and forecast partner-sourced pipeline, and to prioritise partners and deals based on data. - Languages: fluent English and native or professional fluency in the local language. - Nice to have: a legal background and/or an established network in the local legal market. REWARDING YOUR CONTRIBUTION - Compensation: €85,000 OTE (€55,000 base + €30,000 variable) - Equity: meaningful equity on top, in line with the seniority of the role - Team retreats & off-sites: dedicated time to connect, collaborate and spark bold ideas At Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai, ambition meets discipline and purpose. We’re not just building a product—we’re setting a new standard for the legal world. If you’re ready to contribute to something lasting and meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
