Product Manager

About Turing Turing’s mission is to accelerate superintelligence to drive real economic progress. Headquartered in San Francisco, Turing works with frontier AI labs to generate high-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, and frontier research benchmarks that improve model capabilities in software engineering, enterprise knowledge work, and advanced STEM reasoning. In software engineering, Turing is the largest and longest-running data provider in the category. Turing also works with Fortune 500 enterprises across financial services, life sciences, healthcare, retail, automotive, and CPG to build and deploy end-to-end agentic AI systems inside mission-critical workflows. By operating on both sides, Turing closes the loop between frontier research and enterprise deployment, turning real-world deployment signals into better data, evaluations, and more capable models. This person will step into a high-ownership role and should be able to combine strong product judgment, design taste, data-driven decision making, technical fluency, and structured business thinking. This role is ideal for someone who can operate at the intersection of user experience, systems thinking, analytics, and execution — someone who is equally comfortable shaping product direction, defining elegant user experiences, and driving cross-functional delivery in a fast-moving environment. Why this role matters Turing works with many of the world’s leading AI labs and enterprises to help build, improve, and scale advanced AI systems. We sit at the intersection of frontier AI, high-quality talent, and complex product/platform workflows - which means the problems here are real, hard, and highly consequential. This role sits at the core of how Turing builds scalable, high-quality experiences across talent and customer workflows. The right person will help raise the bar on product execution, clarity of thinking, and quality of experience across the organization. What you’ll own You will lead product strategy and execution across some of Turing’s most important platform surfaces, including areas such as: • Talent discovery, search, and matching • Talent onboarding and profile quality • Vetting, trust, and integrity systems • Marketplace workflows and hiring manager experience • Internal platforms and operational tooling • Cross-functional product initiatives spanning product, engineering, design, data, and operations What you’ll do • Own roadmap, prioritization, and execution for a core product area • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured product plans, clear requirements, and strong execution • Drive product development with a sharp eye for user experience, workflow design, and quality • Use data deeply to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, prioritize investments, and measure impact • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, QA, and operations to ship high-quality products quickly • Balance short-term execution with long-term product and platform thinking • Build scalable systems and experiences, not just one-off features • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams with competing priorities What we’re looking for • 2+ years of product management experience • 2+ years of prior software engineering, Data Science, or Design experience • Strong product sense with excellent design and UX judgment • Highly data-driven, with the ability to use metrics, experimentation, and user insights to drive decisions • Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering on architecture, tradeoffs, and execution • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong structured thinking and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, cross-functional problems • High ownership, urgency, and a strong bias for execution Preferred qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a similarly rigorous discipline, ideally from a top-tier institution such as IIT or equivalent globally recognized universities • MBA from a top-tier university is a plus, but not required • Experience working on B2B SaaS, marketplace, platform, workflow, onboarding, trust/safety, search, matching, or AI-enabled products • Strong track record of partnering closely with engineering and design teams to ship polished, high-quality user experiences Ideal candidate profile The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of: • Strong product judgment • Sharp design instinct and high-quality bar • Deep data-driven decision making • Technical grounding from prior engineering experience • Structured business thinking • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication • They should be able to look at a messy problem, identify the highest-leverage opportunity, craft an elegant user experience, back decisions with data, and drive execution end to end. Values • We are client first: We put our clients at the center of everything we do, because their success is the ultimate measure of our value. • We work at Start-Up Speed: We move fast, stay agile and favor action because momentum is the foundation of perfection • We are AI forward: We help our clients build the future of Al and implement it in our own roles and workflow to amplify productivity. Advantages of joining Turing • Work at the frontier of AI, helping the world’s leading AI labs improve their most advanced models by building expert datasets, RL environments, and first-of-a-kind benchmarks. • Contribute to leading-edge AI research and showcase your work at top conferences such as ICLR, ICML, and NeurIPS. • Bring frontier AI innovation to the enterprise, applying lessons learned from leading AI labs to solve real-world business challenges. • Collaborate with and learn from exceptional colleagues with deep AI experience from Google, Meta, Amazon, and other leading technology companies. • Move at the pace of AI innovation, with the speed, ownership, and impact of a startup.
