We are OpenTelemetry-native, building a delightful, simple, and AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil. Shape a product that developers love—all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in. THE OPPORTUNITY Dash0 is experiencing rapid growth, and we're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to drive our expansion across the Israel market. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for acquiring and closing new logos, building our presence in one of the most innovative tech ecosystems globally, and helping define the sales motion at a category-defining startup. You'll be the tip of the spear in our commercial sales efforts for Israel—managing the full sales cycle and articulating the value of Dash0 to technical leaders. If you're a driven, technically curious seller who thrives on building something from the ground up, this is your role. The role is located in Amsterdam!! WHAT YOU’LL DO - Full Sales Cycle: Drive the complete sales cycle from initial contact to close, focusing on acquiring new commercial and mid-market logos across Israel. - Pipeline Generation: Qualify inbound leads, signups, and intent signals while driving strategic outbound prospecting into target Israeli tech companies. - Technical Value Articulation: Master and articulate the value of the Dash0 platform to technical decision-makers—VPs of Engineering, SREs, and Platform Engineers. - Demos & Technical Validation: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and manage technical validation cycles (POCs) that showcase how Dash0 solves critical customer pain points. - Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Sales Development and Marketing to generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. - Sales Excellence: Utilize modern sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to ensure a repeatable, scalable, and disciplined sales process. - Operational Discipline: Maintain meticulous CRM records and provide accurate pipeline forecasting. WHO YOU ARE - The Pioneer: You are excited by the challenge of breaking into new accounts, establishing market presence, and navigating a fast-paced market. - Technically Credible: You are comfortable and credible in technical conversations—you don't need to be a coder, but you're passionate about how developer tooling solves real business problems. - Culture Carrier: Based in Amsterdam, you bring the energy, speed, and directness required to successfully sell into the Israeli technology ecosystem. QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in a closing role within B2B SaaS (preferably in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or developer tools). - Complete professional fluency in English and Hebrew is required. - Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. - Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam with the ability to work in our central office (4 days/week).
