Strategic Account Executive - EU

Strategic Account Executive, DACH (Paris or London) About Maki Maki is the worlds #1 AI Hiring tool and helps the world's largest companies hire the best people, fast. Nespresso, H&M, Deloitte and other global enterprises use Maki to screen, assess and amplify candidate engagement. Recruiters waste less time, candidates get a better experience, and companies get the best talent, that actually stay. Customers have cut time to hire by up to 45% and a large portion of our business comes from references directly in from customers, the same customers who rank Maki a High Performer 4.7 out of 5 on G2. Why now Enterprises cannot hire fast enough, and AI has made it worse: application volumes are higher than ever, and CVs tell you less. HR has been one of the slowest functions to adopt AI, and now it is pushing hard. Talent leaders know their legacy process hurts candidates, cost and revenue. A store that runs short of staff loses sales every hour it is short. Maki solves that. Maki is at an inflection point. Partners and customers recognise the quality of what we build. Now is the time where Maki goes global to meet the demand the market is putting on us.
