Senior Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing / Growth Reports to: Head of Marketing THE ROLE, IN ONE LINE We're looking for someone who can turn marketing ideas into campaigns and content that capture attention, engage the right audience, and drive real business growth. You'll work across growth initiatives, campaign planning, content creation, video, and product marketing — helping Grvt turn complex products into compelling stories that people understand, remember, and want to act on. This role is for someone who can think creatively, execute hands-on, and connect marketing activities to measurable results. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS FOR GRVT Grvt is building in a competitive Web3 trading landscape where simply being visible isn't enough. We need marketing that stands out, communicates our value clearly, and converts attention into product adoption and trading activity. As we expand our global presence, we want to move beyond generic marketing playbooks and create campaigns and content that resonate with our audiences across different markets and channels. You'll play an important role in bringing our marketing strategy to life — from developing campaign ideas and producing engaging content to testing new growth initiatives and improving performance based on results. WHAT YOU'LL DO 1. GROWTH & CAMPAIGN EXECUTION - Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches, feature releases, user acquisition, activation, and retention. - Translate marketing objectives into actionable campaign ideas, messaging, and channel plans. - Coordinate campaign execution across social media, website, email, community, and other relevant channels. - Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, conversion, and overall ROI. 2. CONTENT & CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT - Develop engaging content ideas and marketing materials that communicate Grvt's products, features, and value proposition. - Create and adapt content across formats, including social posts, short-form videos, product explainers, promotional creatives, and campaign assets. - Work closely with designers, video editors, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life. - Stay on top of Web3 trends, industry narratives, competitor activities, and social culture to identify relevant content opportunities. 3. VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING - Develop concepts and briefs for short-form videos, product demos, campaign videos, and other visual content. - Support video production from ideation and scripting through to editing and distribution, with hands-on execution where needed. - Identify effective content formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches to improve audience engagement and reach. - Help build a consistent and recognisable presence for Grvt across key social and digital channels. 4. PRODUCT MARKETING & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION - Work with Product Marketing, BD, Design, and Growth teams to translate product updates and business priorities into effective marketing initiatives. - Simplify complex trading and Web3 concepts into clear, compelling messages for different audiences. - Support go-to-market activities for new products, features, partnerships, and market initiatives. - Gather feedback and performance insights to continuously refine campaign messaging and content direction. 5. PERFORMANCE TRACKING & OPTIMISATION - Track key marketing metrics, including reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, user acquisition, and campaign ROI. - Analyse results to understand what works, what doesn't, and how future campaigns can perform better. - Experiment with new content formats, distribution channels, and growth tactics. - Share campaign learnings and contribute to a repeatable, data-informed marketing process. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Marketing campaigns are delivered effectively and contribute to measurable business objectives. - Content and video initiatives consistently improve audience engagement, brand awareness, and product understanding. - New creative approaches and growth experiments help Grvt reach and convert relevant audiences. - Product launches and marketing initiatives are supported by clear, compelling messaging across channels. - Marketing execution becomes faster, more consistent, and increasingly informed by performance data. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, campaign management, or a related role. - Strong content instincts and the ability to develop engaging marketing ideas across different formats and channels. - Experience coordinating or executing marketing campaigns from planning through delivery. - Familiarity with short-form video, social media content, creative production, or video editing workflows. - Comfortable using performance data to evaluate campaigns and improve results. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas. - Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment. - An understanding of Web3, crypto, financial markets, or trading products is a plus. - Experience using AI-powered tools for content development, creative production, or marketing workflows is an advantage.
