Founding Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) - US

🎤 WHY VOIZE? BECAUSE WE’RE MORE THAN JUST A JOB! At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people. Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don't replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact. Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. Today, 2,000+ facilities trust voize, and over 200,000 users rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload. As a dynamic team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we’re looking for you to join us on this mission! 💡 YOUR MISSION: OWN THE FIRST CONTACT AND GROW THE SALES PIPELINE! We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the US (ET timezone) to own the first step of the sales process - identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and opening doors for our Account Executives. As the first human touchpoint for prospects, you will play an important role in building a predictable sales pipeline through meaningful outreaches. If you love initiating conversations, creating opportunities, and being the bridge between Marketing and Sales, this role is for you! For this particular position we are looking for someone who can work from New York in a hybrid setup. 🚀 YOUR DAILY BUSINESS: NO TWO DAYS ARE ALIKE - Own outbound for the US healthcare market, from researching accounts to booking a qualified meeting - Start conversations with decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, with messages that are personal and not copy-paste - Keep your leads, conversations, and outcomes up to date in our CRM and use our research tools to find the right accounts and contacts - Share what you hear from customers (objections, needs, trends) so we can sharpen our approach and our product - Support our team at US events (like our booth in Boston): reach out to attendees before the event, meet people on site, and follow up afterwards 🤝 YOUR SKILLSET: WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE - Experience in B2B sales, SaaS experience is great, healthcare sales experience is a big plus - Confidence in cold calling and curiosity about what customers need - Hands-on experience with outreach (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and data (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, Seamless.AI) tools, or the ability to learn them fast - Comfort working with AI tools (we use Claude every day), plus Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion - Bilingual-level English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand - Based in or close to New York, and flexible to travel for events as needed 🌱 GROWING TOGETHER: WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT VOIZE - Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision plans, short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan - Generous time off: 20 vacation days, 10 sick days, and public holidays - Compensation: OTE $100-$125K - A 50/50 base-to-commission split and stock options - Real influence on how we build the SDR function in the US. You’ll help shape the playbook, not just follow one - A new sales team at our New York hub, where you’ll join early and work closely with the people building it - A fast-growing startup where you’ll take on real challenges, grow quickly, and make an impact by giving frontline workers more time for people ✨ READY TO TALK? APPLY NOW! 🚀 We look forward to your application and can’t wait to meet you, no matter who you are or what background you have!
