Freelance Sales Development Representative - US hours (m/f/d)

🎤 WHY VOIZE? BECAUSE WE’RE MORE THAN JUST A JOB! At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people. Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don’t replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact. 💡 YOUR MISSION: OWN THE FIRST CONTACT AND GROW THE SALES PIPELINE! We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the US market to own the first step of the sales process - identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and opening doors for our Account Executives. As the first human touchpoint for prospects, you will play an important role in building a predictable sales pipeline through meaningful outreaches. If you love initiating conversations and creating opportunities, this role is for you! This is a remote freelance role for someone based in the EU/EEA who is happy to work US hours. 🚀 YOUR DAILY BUSINESS: NO TWO DAYS ARE ALIKE - Own outbound for the US healthcare market, from researching accounts to booking a qualified meeting - Start conversations with decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, with messages that are personal and not copy-paste - Make your cold calls during US hours, so you reach prospects when they are at work - Keep your leads, conversations, and outcomes up to date in our CRM and use our research tools to find the right accounts and contacts 🤝 YOUR SKILLSET: WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE - Experience in B2B sales or cold calling. SaaS experience is great - Hands-on experience with outreach (using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and familiar with data tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, Seamless.AI) - Comfort working with AI tools (we use Claude every day) - Bilingual-level English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand - Based in the EU/EEA and available during US hours [e.g. 2pm-10pm CET, adjust to your needs] and for the weekly US sales meeting ✨ READY TO TALK? APPLY NOW! 🚀 We look forward to your application and can’t wait to meet you, no matter who you are or what background you have!
