Growth Marketing Manager

ABOUT PARSPEC Parspec is building the AI and digital infrastructure for the construction materials supply chain. Construction is a $15 trillion industry, yet the systems that underpin the buying and selling of materials remain fragmented, manual, and disconnected. Distributors and rep agencies rely on spreadsheets, PDFs, phone calls, and siloed tools to find new products and quote and manage projects — creating delays, errors, and margin erosion across the supply chain. Parspec is an AI-native platform that powers how construction products are discovered, bought, and sold. Trusted by more than 300 MEP distributors and rep agencies, Parspec helps project-driven businesses bid faster, win more work, and operate more profitably. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in San Mateo, California, Parspec has raised $31 million from leading deep-tech and construction-technology investors. THE OPPORTUNITY Parspec is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our pipeline growth engine. You will design, run, and optimize the experiments that turn a $15T industry's buyers into qualified pipeline: paid acquisition, lifecycle programs, account-based campaigns, and event-driven demand. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, and our Content Marketing Manager, with full ownership of the funnel from first touch to sales handoff. This is a hands-on growth role at a Series A company. You will build everything yourself, measure everything you build, and double down on what works. WHAT YOU WILL OWN GROWTH EXPERIMENTATION AND PAID ACQUISITION - Build, launch, and optimize paid channels (LinkedIn, Google) by continuously testing audiences, creative, and offers. - Run experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics; kill what fails fast and scale what converts. - Build and maintain campaign dashboards to track CPL, conversion, and total pipeline contribution. LIFECYCLE AND FUNNEL INFRASTRUCTURE - Own HubSpot as the system of record for growth: lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, nurture sequences, campaign attribution, and data hygiene. - Design the full journey from anonymous visitor to sales-ready opportunity, and instrument every stage. ACCOUNT-BASED GROWTH - Design and launch ABM programs for key enterprise segments, sequencing touchpoints against specific buying committees within target accounts. - Partner directly with Sales on lead quality feedback loops and high-intent prospect prioritization. EVENT-DRIVEN DEMAND - Build the target account list for each industry event and drive pre-show outreach in partnership with Sales. - Own post-event lead follow-through to qualified opportunity. WHO YOU ARE MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS - 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS growth or demand generation experience, specifically within early-stage (Series A/B) AI, enterprise software, construction tech, or similar environments. - You have personally run campaigns that produced pipeline and can speak precisely to the numbers: spend, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline generated. You know your own numbers cold. - Expert-level "doer" who builds their own campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and HubSpot without needing an agency or large team. - Hands-on HubSpot operator: you have personally built lead scoring models, routing workflows, nurture sequences, and reporting dashboards. - Working understanding of B2B buying committees and how to sequence touchpoints against different personas. - Experience running event-driven demand: target account lists, pre-show outreach, post-event follow-up to pipeline. - Direct experience collaborating with Sales and leadership on strategy and lead handoffs. - Bias toward shipping. You move fast, test constantly, and close the loop on what worked. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - AI-native proficiency: track record of using AI tools to speed up your work without dropping quality.
