THE ROLE Rogo is looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager with demonstrable experience driving revenue through paid advertising and a strong reliance on data to make decisions. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will plan, build and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (including Search, Display and YouTube), and LinkedIn. You will also support direct publisher buys, sponsored content and content syndication. You will own execution as well as analysis. Agency support may extend your capacity, but you should be comfortable working directly in the platforms, diagnosing performance and making changes yourself. WHAT YOU’LL DO Paid campaign execution - Build, launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Google Display, YouTube and LinkedIn. - Manage audience targeting, exclusions, bidding, budget pacing, retargeting and creative rotation. - Support both scalable acquisition programs and account-targeted enterprise campaigns. - Coordinate agency work where appropriate, maintaining visibility into campaign setup, spend and results. Testing and conversion - Build and report on a structured testing plan across audiences, creative, messaging, offers and landing pages. - Write ad copy and brief Content and Design partners on the assets needed to test effectively. - Analyze the journey from impression and click through qualified inquiry, opportunity and revenue. - Recommend changes to conversion paths and follow-up when performance issues sit beyond the advertising platform. Measurement and budget decisions - Use platform, website and Salesforce data to evaluate lead quality, funnel conversion, pipeline and revenue outcomes. - Partner with Marketing Operations to validate tracking, UTMs, conversion events and reporting before launch. - Investigate discrepancies between platform-reported conversions and commercial outcomes. - Make clear recommendations on where to increase, reduce or stop spend, distinguishing evidence from assumptions. Direct buys and sponsored distribution - Plan and manage publisher placements, sponsored content and content-syndication programs. - Evaluate audience fit, inventory, pricing, delivery commitments and follow-up requirements. - Coordinate with ABM and Lifecycle owners so sponsored engagement connects to the appropriate next step. What You’ll Bring - 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in B2B technology, financial services or an agency serving similar clients. - Demonstrable experience driving pipeline and revenue through paid advertising, with specific examples of decisions made using performance data. - Direct campaign-building and optimization experience across Meta, Google Search, Display, YouTube and LinkedIn. - Strong analytical skills, including the ability to diagnose performance, design useful tests and allocate spend based on results. - Experience evaluating downstream lead quality and commercial outcomes, rather than relying solely on clicks or cost per lead. - Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, Salesforce and marketing automation platforms. - Experience planning or supporting direct publisher buys, sponsored content or content syndication. - Strong attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to manage multiple campaigns. WHO YOU ARE - You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup. - You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible. - You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance. - You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity. - You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.
