THE ROLE You'll own Content Marketing for the Brazilian market and shape how thousands of businesses discover, understand and trust fonio. From performance ads and landing pages to organic content and product messaging, you'll help define our voice across every stage of the customer journey. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own website and landing page copy for the Brazilian market - Write high-performing copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid channels - Script ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social - Create and execute organic content strategies across social platforms - Collaborate with creators, customers and influencers to produce authentic content - Improve messaging through user research, A/B testing and performance insights - Help shape product positioning and go-to-market messaging WHAT YOU BRING - 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting or Growth Marketing - Experience in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing software environment - Outstanding writing skills in Brazilian Portuguese - Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copy - Analytical mindset and a passion for experimentation - Native Brazilian Portuguese and fluent English WHAT WE OFFER - competitive salary package depending on experience incl. equity - CLT/PJ contract, whichever works better for you - Health insurance - 30 days of paid vacation - Hardware of your choice - Regular team offsites - Work from our Campinas office, on-site, with an ambitious team HIRING PROCESS - 15 min intro call - 30 min BR fit call - 30 min skills call - 20 min with founders
