Senior Organic Growth Strategist

Omniscient is an organic growth agency that builds revenue-focused organic growth systems for B2B software companies — optimized for both search engines and generative AI. We pride ourselves on being lean, agile, and experimental. Our team thrives on R&D and innovation, always exploring the smartest ways to deliver exceptional results. We believe in a culture of building and shipping — whether it’s client deliverables, new services, or internal tools that keep us ahead of the game. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll tackle challenging problems, work with ambitious brands, and help shape the future of organic growth, let’s talk. Learn about the principles https://beomniscient.com/principles/ that drive how we work and build a company. As a Senior Organic Growth Strategist, you lead organic growth strategy for the agency's highest-value and enterprise accounts, making independent recommendations that move retention, expansion, and pipeline with little oversight. You are the person other strategists learn from and the one clients' executives trust with their hardest growth problems. Beyond running your own book, you set the AEO measurement and reporting standard: which tool is the source of truth, how we read the data, and how we translate it for a VP or CMO who cares about pipeline, not citation counts. You support sales by shaping proposals and joining calls, you mentor junior strategists and analysts, and you spend meaningful time improving how the whole team works. You report to the Director of AEO & SEO and partner closely with the founders on sales and methodology.   YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead strategy end to end for high-value and enterprise accounts, making independent recommendations that affect retention and expansion with little oversight. - Set the AEO measurement standard: choose the source-of-truth tool, define how the team reads AI-visibility data, and translate the metric story for client executives (visibility as the leading indicator, pipeline and revenue as the goal). - Own the SEO and AEO roadmap for enterprise accounts: topical authority mapped to the prompt set, technical retrieval health, and off-site consistency, with experimentation built in. - Support sales: shape proposals and join sales calls, contributing to pipeline and new business. - Mentor junior strategists and analysts, raising the pod's bar through QA, coaching, and playbooks. - Improve how the team works: dedicate around 20% of your time to experimentation and shipping repeatable methods the function adopts. - Represent Omniscient's point of view on AI search in client conversations and, where appropriate, externally.   WHO YOU ARE - You have 4-6+ years in SEO, organic growth, or content strategy, with a track record on complex or enterprise accounts. - You are deeply fluent in AI search and AEO, and you can set standards for how a team measures and acts on AI-visibility data. - You exercise independent judgment on high-stakes accounts and are trusted to make the call. - You are a strong mentor who makes the people around you better. - You have commercial instincts: you support sales, shape proposals, and connect the work to pipeline. - You communicate with executive presence and are meticulous in your work (the passcode is enterprisegrowth2026). - You are not an asshole. We spend a lot of our days engaging with team members and clients. There is no room for assholes. You are friendly, eager to jump in and take ownership, and love to work as a team to be successful.   WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH US - Remote flexibility: We are a 100% remote company, so you can work from anywhere. - Real impact: You will have a massive impact on a growing company rather than being another cog in a machine. - Opportunity for responsibility: We offer ample opportunities to take on more responsibility and shape how the function works. - Coaching: We will coach you up toward becoming world-class at your function. - Team trips: We take team trips each year to places like Boston, Austin, Costa Rica, and Belgrade to get some time together in person.   BENEFITS We are fortunate to offer competitive salaries and benefits, and we strive to create an environment that allows you to do your best work, develop your skills, and grow your career. - Health insurance: 90% of medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums paid for employees in the US. - 401k with employer match: We match 100% of your contributions up to the first 3% of pay, then 50% of your contributions on the next 2% of pay. - Profit share: Opportunity to participate in our quarterly profit share program after 1 year of employment. - Unlimited vacation: We trust you to take care of your work and communicate when you need time off. We recommend a minimum of 14 days a year. - Learning and development stipend: $2,000 to spend on professional development after 1 year of employment. - Free books program: We cover the cost of a Kindle and 1 Kindle book a month. - Networking stipend: $50 per month to spend on coffee or lunch for professional networking. - 100% remote flexibility: Work from wherever you want. - Annual team offsites: We organize an annual team trip. Cities and countries we have been to include Boston, Austin, Chicago, San Diego, Costa Rica, and Belgrade, Serbia.
