Step into deal-making and commercial negotiations where regional coordination adds leverage. • Run the business by the numbers. Work with the VP to measure sales performance, identify opportunities and recommend improvements, using data to test, learn and iterate quickly. • Give time back to Sales. Review and improve processes with Finance and Operations to reduce administrative load on sales reps and reclaim selling time. • Connect global and local. Act as the link between global functions and in-market managers so that strategy stays aligned and execution stays fast. • Use AI as a force multiplier. Improve outbound sales efficiency through AI strategy and automation, in partnership with internal stakeholders. • Support the VP.
