Senior Product Manager

About Sunbound Sunbound is Senior Living's Revenue Operating System. We build AI-powered technology for assisted living and skilled nursing operators, giving them one connected platform to run their entire revenue operation. Admissions, private payments, Medicare and Medicaid claims, working capital. Everything between a resident moving in and the cash hitting the bank. Revenue on autopilot. Senior living operators got into this business to care for people. But fragmented systems, manual follow-up, and endless admin work pull them in the wrong direction. We fix that. Sunbound replaces manual revenue work with intelligent automation so operators get back to what matters: care. The results: • $1B+ in payments processed annually • Operators across 45 states • 40,000+ family interactions supported every year • 99%+ net collection rates • 95%+ on-time payments • 40+ hours reclaimed per community per month • 96%+ first-pass claims acceptance Trusted by Sinceri, Bickford, Maplewood, Spring Oak, Compass, and Omega. Backed by world-class investors. What You'll Do There are two key business lines within Sunbound, both exist as part of a single user journey. Private Pay • Residents typically join communities with cash already in their bank account. Sunbound assesses whether they are financially viable, protecting residents from committing to a decision where they may enter debt. We provide communities with data on the projected run rate, validate asset and income information, and project any issues with Medicaid eligibility across all 50 states. • Sunbound runs the accounts receivable billing cycle each month for every community. We scrub through invoices to discover anomalies or inconsistencies, flag it to the operator, and help them collect the right amount from their residents. At the heart of this is a deterministic and agentic engine that consumes copious amounts of structured and unstructured data to provide intelligence to the operator to make decisions. Revenue Cycle Management • Once it’s time to switch to insurance, residents will need to use their insurance to live at the community. Sunbound’s job is to totally automate what is normally an army of billers and humans that press buttons across thousands of portals and apps just to get paid by the insurance company. The nature of RCM means lots of communication in paper, paragraphs, and emails - perfect for an agent to process and help humans make decisions.
