Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, valves, piping, and related components. Diagnose leaks, water-pressure problems, drainage issues, and other plumbing concerns. Explain findings and repair or replacement options clearly to homeowners. Complete work safely, cleanly, and according to applicable plumbing codes. Provide honest recommendations without high-pressure sales tactics. Complete accurate service notes and job documentation. Maintain an organized truck, tools, and materials. Work closely with dispatch, customer service, and other field team members. Treat every customer’s home with care and respect. Schedule Full-time position Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Weekend-only on-call rotation On-call hours end at 9:00 PM What We’re Looking For 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and repair skills Experience working directly with homeowners Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to explain plumbing issues and available options clearly Takes pride in quality workmanship and doing the job right Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working independently Commitment to treating customers and their homes with respect Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Bonus Qualifications Drain and sewer experience Water heater installation and replacement experience Light commercial plumbing experience Familiarity with ServiceTitan If you’re looking for a place where you can do quality plumbing work, be respected, take care of good customers, and enjoy where you work, we’d like to talk.
