Account Executive - Rest of World

BUILD SOMETHING MONUMENTAL FOR HEALTHCARE! At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an Account Executive to drive commercial success across Tandem’s growth markets. This is a highly commercial, full-cycle sales role for an ambitious Account Executive who thrives on owning a number and winning new business. You’ll own the sales process end-to-end - from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation, close, and handover to our Delivery and Medical Operations teams. In our growth markets, you will be responsible for helping open new markets from zero: identify initial target accounts and the right reference customers, and working out what it takes to win locally. You’ll build relationships with healthcare professionals and senior decision-makers, understand their needs and workflows, and demonstrate how Tandem can deliver meaningful value. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own and deliver against a personal sales quota across one or more growth markets. - Open new markets from zero: work with commercial leadership to map the healthcare landscape, identify the first target accounts and the right reference customers, and work out who buys, how procurement runs and what it takes to win locally. - Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, partnerships, and events. - Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close. - Develop relationships with key decision-makers across large enterprise. - Run discovery, demos, negotiations, and commercial conversations. - Land the first deals and pilots in a market and turn them into references we can build on. - Work closely with Delivery and Medical Operations to ensure a smooth customer handover. - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to improve our sales approach and market positioning. - Represent Tandem at relevant healthcare events and conferences. - Maintain strong CRM, pipeline, and forecasting discipline. WHAT YOU BRING - Proven track record in B2B sales and new business, ideally SaaS, digital health, or technology. - A challenger’s track record: you’ve sold against well-known incumbents and won by earning trust and proving value. - Experience as a founding or early Account Executive, or launching a product into a new country or territory, where you built pipeline and closed the first customers without an established brand or playbook. - Strong outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales experience. - Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Highly driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating with autonomy. - Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for technology and AI. BONUS POINTS - Experience selling SaaS, digital health, or AI into private and / or public healthcare. - Network across large provider organisations, such as healthcare groups, hospitals, independent practice networks, or insurers within key global markets. - Experience selling solutions involving clinical or healthcare workflows. - Experience in a startup or scale-up environment. LOCATION We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This role is based in our vibrant HQ building in the heart of Stockholm where you will work primarily from our office to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. BENEFITS - Competitive salary & company stock options - 30 days/year of paid vacation - 5,000 SEK wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) plus an additional 6,000 SEK yearly to spend on other health related initiatives - Generous Parental leave top-up for new parents - Private Medical Insurance to stay healthy - Mental health support through our partner Mindler - Pension program - Social and team-building activities (off-sites, after works, winter/summer parties) - An opportunity to make a real positive impact in the world of healthcare - Work with some of the best minds in AI, healthcare, and engineering.
