Head of Growth & Partnerships, Healthcare (Pharmacy, PT, Vet & Adjacent)

About Juno Juno leverages collective bargaining power to secure better student loan rates for students. With 290,000+ members and over $2B in negotiated loan volume, we've proven that group buying works. We are the most popular way to pay for the world's top graduate programs, and we're looking for someone to own the healthcare channels that reach our members at the moments that decide whether they borrow with us. The Problem Federal lending reforms have created a significant market shift. In July 2026, new caps on federal graduate loans, including the elimination of Grad PLUS for new students, came into effect, leaving millions of students with significant funding gaps. Students need transparent, competitive private options: exactly what Juno provides. Your Mission We're seeking a leader to own full-funnel growth across our healthcare portfolio: pharmacy, physical therapy, veterinary medicine, and adjacent programs. This is a portfolio role: you'll run several markets at once, decide where the next dollar of effort goes, and build repeatable playbooks that work across them. You'll build the playbook for reaching hundreds of programs across these fields and establish Juno as the go-to resource for financing a healthcare degree. What You'll Do • Own the healthcare portfolio: Build and execute GTM strategy across pharmacy, PT, vet, and adjacent programs, prioritize across markets based on size and momentum, hit growth targets, and drive Juno member growth. • Scale distribution through partnerships: - Negotiate national deals with key organizations that can help reach our target market - Activate campus-based chapters with turnkey playbooks - Partner with test prep companies, professional associations, and content creators in each field - Run targeted campaigns aligned to application cycles • Build a campus ambassador network: Recruit, train, and manage high-performing students across pharmacy, PT, vet, and adjacent programs with clear KPIs and incentives. • Talk to members directly: Talk to students directly throughout the cycle: calls, email, DMs, and campus visits. You should know the top five reasons a pharmacy or PT student with a rate offer never submits an application because you've heard them first-hand, not because a dashboard told you. • Be the expert students trust: Become fluent in how graduate borrowing actually works (federal vs. private, what drives a rate, cosigners, in-school deferral, refinancing, and what changed under the new caps) and be the person who can give a P1 or a first-year DPT student a straight answer. • Drive cross-functional initiatives: Partner with product on feature development, collaborate with the CX/client happiness team, and ensure messaging compliance. • Manage operations and analytics: Forecast pipeline, track cohort performance, optimize CAC/LTV, and manage budget allocation. • Own the funnel: Partner with senior leadership to own waitlist growth to loan origination: landing pages, A/B tests, content, webinars, email/SMS, and event cycles aligned to application, admissions, and financial aid timelines. What We Offer • Compensation: $150k-$250k, including performance upside tied to growth milestones. Top performers will exceed this range. • Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement matching. What We're Looking For • Background: Typically 3-5+ years, or an outlier track record (e.g., you scaled a campus network, ran national org programming, or built a zero-to-one motion). - Preference for experience in professional services, management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups - Preference for an owner-operator who has owned a number in growth, BD, marketplaces, fintech, edtech, or campus-scale programs • Ownership of a number, end to end: You'll carry the healthcare portfolio's funded-loan target and the conversion rates underneath it. You're comfortable being both the person who explains a miss and the person who fixes it. • Bias to action: Ship experiments frequently, instrument attribution, and close loops with lender relations and compliance. • Fluency with your own data: You can find where students stall between a rate offer and a submitted application, and make the case for a fix with evidence rather than instinct. • Relationship-building that compounds: Schools, student organizations, ambassadors, admissions communities, and lender partners. You're equally comfortable on a call with a target B2B partner and in a group chat with students. • Zero-to-one comfort: There is no existing playbook for this vertical. You'll write it, and you find that exciting rather than daunting. • Comfort with seasonality: Our year has a peak. You plan for it months ahead and go all-in when it lands. • Tenacity: We work as hard as it takes to achieve our targets. The X-Factor • You're hungry: Ready to own outcomes, not just make recommendations. • You're scrappy: You'll do whatever it takes to win. • You're magnetic: You can recruit and inspire great people. • You think in systems: You'd rather build the process once than do the thing by hand ten times. Why Join Juno? • Real impact: Help hundreds of thousands of students get access to the lowest rates on the market. • Market timing: Federal aid changes create a massive tailwind for growth. • Proven model: $2B+ negotiated and 290K+ members. Product-market fit achieved. We use AI-assisted tools to help screen and review applications in an initial assessment of skills and qualifications against our job requirements. While automation assists our recruitment team in processing high volumes of applications, final decisions on interviews and hiring are always made by human reviewers.
