What We're Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Data, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field. • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Data or Business Analyst with a proven track record of manipulating and extracting value from datasets. • Experience building complex SQL queries. • Strong fundamentals in statistics and econometrics (e.g., regressions, hypothesis testing). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and analyses. • Experience with Looker, Snowflake, and Amplitude is a plus. • Inquisitive mindset with a desire to dig deeper to understand the "why" behind our data. Why Join Us • Be part of a data-driven culture that values innovation and continuous improvement. • Work with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our product and business. • Enjoy opportunities for growth, learning, and meaningful impact across the organization.
