Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure serving tens of thousands of customers. Our customers range from AI researchers to enterprises and hyperscalers. Lambda's mission is to make compute as ubiquitous as electricity and give everyone the power of superintelligence. One person, one GPU. If you'd like to build the world's best AI cloud, join us. *Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco or Bellevue office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.   About the Role You’ll lead network implementation across data centers, network edges, points of presence and backbone routes, from design planning through acceptance and handover.   Your work will include new deployments, equipment refreshes, lab builds, proofs of concept and new product introductions. You’ll help Engineering turn approved designs into working infrastructure, resolve delivery problems and verify that what was contracted and approved was delivered to spec and on schedule.   Join Network Planning and Delivery in Cloud and AI Networking. Shape implementation practices with Engineering, Data Center Operations, Product and customer-facing teams. What You’ll Do Lead Network Implementation - Support Engineering during design planning to check supplier lead times, equipment availability and site readiness. Keep implementation plans aligned as designs change. - Drive deployments, refreshes, end-of-life replacements, labs and special projects. Coordinate Engineering, Product, HPC, Solutions Engineering and account technical teams around their implementation needs. - Coordinate fiber paths outside and inside facilities, site access, optics and local technicians with Data Center Operations. Place and track approved cross-connect orders. - Maintain schedules, dependencies and recovery plans.
