Medical Assistant

MISSION Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. MEDICAL ASSISTANT - AVENTURA - FULL TIME ROLE PURPOSE: You're the person the clinic can rely on when it's busy — not because of seniority, but because of how you show up. Calm when the pace picks up. Consistent when things get hard. The kind of person colleagues quietly lean on, and members remember. As an Operator at Neko, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key contributor to our preventive care model. You'll guide members through their visit, perform high-quality clinical assessments, and ensure every interaction reflects genuine care — not just an efficient process. WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER IN THE FIRST 6–12 MONTHS: - Welcome, assist, and guide members throughout their clinic visit, ensuring every interaction reflects a member-first mindset. - Perform accurate, high-quality clinical assessments — vital signs, grip strength, eye pressure, ECGs, point-of-care tests, and phlebotomy — following established standards and protocols. - Maintain exam rooms and uphold infection-control standards to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment. - Document assessments accurately and update member records with precision, supporting continuity of care across the clinical team. - Work closely with fellow Operators and clinical staff to refine workflows, elevate quality, and support clinic operations as Neko scales. WHAT WE'RE HIRING FOR: - Genuine Warmth -- You take the member experience personally. People leave your care feeling seen, not processed — and you notice the difference. The warmth is visible before you've said anything. Members feel it in the way you explain something, the way you check in, the way you say goodbye. - Reliability Under Pressure - You're calm and consistent when the pace picks up. You manage multiple members and competing tasks without losing quality or warmth. When things break down, you're matter-of-fact — not dramatic, not dismissive. Steady. - Natural Team Anchor -- You're the kind of person others naturally lean on — and you take pride in being that person. You don't wait to be asked. You step in, share what you know, and hold the standard. Not because it's in your job description, but because that's how you work. - Fluent With the Tools -- Our technology is what makes the visit possible — and you're comfortable with it. You pick up new systems quickly and stay composed when something doesn't work the way it should, keeping the member in front of you at ease while you sort it out. When a tool isn't serving the experience, you say so. That's how we make it better for the next member.
