HVAC Service Technician – N.E.T.R. Stoneham, MA $30–$40/hour Good HVAC techs have options. We want to give you a reason to choose us. N.E.T.R., a Sila Services company, is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who knows how to diagnose a system, take care of the customer, and get the job done right. We’re looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, likes variety, and takes pride in being the person homeowners can count on when their heat or AC isn’t cooperating. What You’ll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Work on furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues Explain what you find and give homeowners clear repair and replacement options Recommend solutions that make sense for the customer and their home Complete service documentation accurately Maintain a high level of customer service from start to finish Work independently while having the support of a strong team behind you What We’re Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills EPA 608 certification Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems Electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting experience Comfortable talking with homeowners and presenting options ServiceTitan experience is a plus Valid driver’s license Someone dependable, professional, and proud of the work they do Why N.E.T.R.?
