About You (Skills / Qualifications) • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations (experience within IT hardware, data centres, manufacturing, or heavy tech infrastructure is a strong plus). • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • ERP & Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software, alongside advanced MS Excel skills. • Logistics & Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with global shipping standards, Incoterms, customs clearance processes, and freight coordination (air, sea, and road). • Problem-Solving & Accuracy: High attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot supply chain disruptions rapidly and manage high-volume transactional data accurately. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate schedules and align with internal cross-functional teams and external logistics partners.
