Associate Product Manager

Associate Product Manager Location: Remote Commercial Real Estate ("CRE") is one of the world's largest asset classes, yet the documents that govern it — leases, amendments, and agreements running thousands of pages — remain locked in formats that are slow to read, easy to misinterpret and nearly impossible to act on at scale. The critical terms buried inside these documents define revenue, risk and capital, but even the most sophisticated owners, operators and investors struggle to turn them into intelligence they can trust. Founded in 2018, Prophia transforms the documents that govern commercial real estate into verified intelligence — combining AI-powered extraction with expert human validation to deliver data our customers can rely on. That trusted data helps owners, operators and investors uncover risk, protect capital and make sharper decisions across leasing, acquisitions, asset management and investor reporting. Today Prophia stewards the largest private CRE dataset in the world — more than 648 million square feet across 5,200+ buildings, 200,000+ documents, and nearly 25,000 tenants — and is backed by leading investors including SignalFire and Cercano.
