Industry leaders like Unilever, Uber, Anthropic, Snowflake or Siemens, use Pigment daily to make more informed decisions and confidently navigate any scenario.   With a team of 700+ across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco and Austin, we've raised nearly $400M from top-tier investors and were named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software.   At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas, and challenge the status quo - all while working as one team. If you're driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you. What you'll do • Open Southern European Markets: Serve as the founding BDR for Spain and Italy, mapping accounts, identifying key C-suite/VP decision-makers (CFO, VP Finance, CRO), and establishing Pigment as the go-to planning platform in the region. • Execute Multichannel Outbound Campaigns: Design and execute high-touch outreach cadences (cold calls, personalized video, email, LinkedIn) tailored to Italian and Spanish business cultures to book qualified meetings and drive ARR. • Lead Inbound & Event Qualification: Qualify leads generated from Southern European marketing events, webinars, and partner campaigns with speed and precision. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner hand-in-hand with Enterprise Account Executives and the Global Head of Business Development to refine account-tiering, messaging, and pipeline generation strategies. • Establish Market Best Practices: Collect direct prospect feedback to help marketing and sales leadership optimize regional positioning, local case studies, and objection handling. • Hit & Exceed Milestones: Maintain consistent outbound activity targets and sales-qualified pipeline (SQO) goals. Who you are • Language Mastery (Mandatory): • Native or bilingual fluency in both Spanish and Italian: You master local business etiquette, idioms, and high-level negotiation tone in both languages. • Full professional proficiency in English: English is our internal operating language across all offices and teams globally. • Sales Track Record: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales development role (SDR / BDR), ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise software. • Pioneer Mindset: Self-motivated, autonomous, and energized by greenfield opportunities—you enjoy building playbooks and navigating uncharted territory rather than just following a script. • Strategic Communication: Strong verbal and written storytelling skills; comfortable articulating complex business ROI to senior executives and financial leaders. • Methodical Execution: Highly structured, data-driven, and disciplined with sales cadence execution and pipeline management (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools). • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Paris. What we offer • Clear Career Path: Structured progression and clear milestones toward core tech sales roles, including Account Executive (AE), Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success. • Competitive Package: Attractive base salary + uncapped performance-based commission. • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Top-tier health insurance with Alan Blue, fully covered for you and your family. • Meal Vouchers: Weekly lunch stipend and Swile card for complete daily flexibility. • Wellness & Fitness: Full subscription to Egym Wellpass (ex-Gymlib) granting access to gyms, studios, and wellness facilities across France. • Continuous Growth: Annual Learning Stipend dedicated to your personal and professional development. • Modern Workspaces & Culture: Brand-new office in central Paris, company-wide annual offsites, and modern work equipment.
